[important bug and help for a friend related to it.]

Hi i have a friend DanteRyuka who sent in support tickets but has not been responded to in a month maybe more by now. since one of the patches around that time he had 1908 platinum after the patch he had -1908 platinum and was locked out of his account. he has also checked his bank and non of his payments have bounced. its to much of a coincidence that the negative balance is exactly what he had in the positive and that it doesn't match with any of the platinum options available for purchase.

so if some one can fix this asap or get a support member to look in to it would be appreciated.

soooo im a bit confused and pretty certain theirs been a mathing mistake >.>

my heavy caliber is 8/10 stars putting it at +135% damage and -45% accuracy and well not certain how its getting its numbers for example the Baza has a base accuracy of 80, so if im doing my maths for heavy caliber should be 0.45X80=36 80-36=44 so the Baza should be at 44 accuracy and yet  the Baza drops to 27.2 witch far exceeds 45% of 80 o.O 

[ERIS- OESTRUS- Antiserum Injectors]

Antiserum Injectors flat stop dropping and the drop rate is way to low. barely get to 50% of first rotation before thay almost com to a complete halt. out of 7 runs haven't gotten past the second rotation because of it.

all so desecrate duos not seem to spawn the Antiserum Injectors form the corpses as well.
