[Not receiving number of intrinsics stated from end mission screen]

I've had the exact same issue, did a mission that spanned a pretty long while and the mission said I had earned 38 intrinsics. I got back to my dojo and I am at the same number of intrinsics I was on when I went into the mission which was 27, I didn't earn a single one. Weirdly enough though I also had a second bug very closely related which was that I did a mission lasting about 43 minutes and didn't earn a single intrinsic despite having destroyed 2 crewships repaired just about everything and killed 4 boarding crews. Honestly I was expecting a huge amount of bugs with this update but no where near the same amount if not more than Plains on launch day. At this point in time playing Railjack is at best a dissapointment and at worst a literal waste of 30+ minutes. This is some Pre-alpha levels of bugs

[Titan Invasion Sabotage: "Open blast door" stage bug]

Hello DE, so today i decided to play some of the invasions because i was in need of some detonite injectors. During the sabotage quest, the stage where one has to open the blast doors the console used for opening it was back in the section of the map that the grineer capsule shot out from and of course one can't go back that way so I had to quit the mission. 
Attached are screenshots of the bug.
While your game is absolutely fantastic, bugs like this make it quite annoying at times.
