Exactly i work at this cybercafe my boss he got 3 shop previous shop i work on also faced this issue before and then we install the VPN after that i transfer to new shop that where i working now so if previous shop already got VPN do the new shop i work still need install again?

It could still be that the caffe's IP address has mistakenly been banned by the DDOS protection. It could also be that somebody at the cafe has been cheating and got the whole cafe banned, I have heard of this happening before. The error you are getting is exactly the one you get when IP banned (or the servers are down/being hotfixed).

Your IP address may have been mistakenly blocked by the 3rd pary DDOS protection system DE use, it happens sometimes. Go to www.whatismyip.com and make a note of your address. Now power off your modem/router for a while until that site shows a different address and it will probably fix it. A VPN or mobile hotspot should also work.
I played at cyber cafe and this cafe install VPN long ago

I think u right but i using gmail but last night suddenly unable to login i ask some friend try to login also the same. I from singapore so i think it most likely it warframe server issue

Have you tried logging into Zendesk or anything else that requires your Warframe account?
Also, why is your thread copy/pasted yet your reply isn't? The copy/paste is abhorrent for anyone using a theme opposite to yours (Dark/Light theme).

I from singapore i tried to login my warframe but it said " login failed, check your info" i thought i got banned so i ask my friend to try also the same issue. I asked my cyber cafe technician to help and login but also the same so is the warframe asia server now got problem?
