"Fixed an extremely specific method of Melee coptering (hello 2015) by interrupting a slide attack with a dodge roll."
I think they just made it so that any melee attack's momentum adjustments are queued up and happen eventually regardless of what other actions the player performs. You can still roll out of slide attacks but the momentum still halts when the slide attack would have ended, and you can launch off ledges but the momentum halts where the launching move would have ended.
It's kind of sad too, the new form of coptering was super fun when combined with Parkour 2.0. It was insanely busted and did need to be reigned in, but it was fun all the same.
They didn't fix "an extremely specific" case, they broke every gap closer+roll combo (at least every gap closer that doesn't suck), the roll on the ground now completely resets your momentum.
We've been able to use the bullet jump+jump roll combo for years, but somehow THIS was an issue? And with this single change my desire to play the game again has plummeted.

Oh my god how amazing would it be if DE released an awesome new 1-mag sniper rifle in the near future?
Answer: very
You mean, if they actually fixed Vectis Prime by changing its mag size to 1 like it should be and not making a terrible bandaid mod?

Your tears (and every other trade chat gremlin's tears also) are delicious.
That is all.
DE could've released a Primed Charged Chamber (that would not stack) long ago, but this is good too.

Have the same issue right now.

Oh wait, you're serious. Let me laugh even harder.

Vengeful Revenant stance, the neutral combo (Impending Dread) moves you forward a lot, I think that's not how the neutral was supposed to be.
Shimmering Blight and Bleeding Willow, both have only 2 combos, and the default one is the same in both. Probably should've just merged them instead.
Also I'd like an option that makes it so you have to hold the attack to do a slam instead of it being based on what angle your camera is.
-
They never should've made this change without actually normalizing the combo inputs at the same time, like they said they would months ago. Some weapon/stance default combos are awful.
-
Just did the survival arbitration for 30 minutes, got no arbitration rewards and no essence. 10/10 content would play again.
-
People who die in the first 70% of rounds/minutes/whatever should be removed from the game. People who die after that should be removed after the next reward is earned.
There's enough leeches as is.

tl;dr
First mistake, putting real world logic and technology into Warframe. Nobody cares, and DE the least. Recommend reading the weapon description for the Veritux.

I don't remember signing that list.

Yeah, they are a "world drop" when playing around the Plains. And they are in bounties. So by playing this content you get to collect them. There are many examples of such drops in the game. Mods with under 1 % drop chance from specific enemies, parts and components that require multiple runs to get. At least the wisps are not that RNG and you know exactly where to find them (like mining). You don't rely on RNG that much. You want to get everything by just playing a Mercury Defense mission? The game is far beyond that point and it is ever expanding. It is not a perfect system and DE admitted they are learning from these mistakes. The recent Fortuna discussions and info are showing the same. I am just saying that you all sound a little bit over the top with the complains. Like you wish the game was a simple - press 1 button to kill all and insta collect all required resources in the process with 0 effort.
They are not a drop, that 's the whole problem. Even if you're doing bounties you STILL need to go out of your way if you want to get them unless you happen to pass by the lakes and they happen to spawn there. If enemies or containers on the Plains would have them as rare resources like every normal planet does, then they would be a drop.
The 5th bounty reward table has them at ~20% chance for each stage, so you get an average of 2 (TWO) per 10-15 minutes. How many of them every goddamn thing that uses them requires to build? Already mentioned above, they should've swapped the Breath of Eidolon with Wisp rewards in both rarity and quantity.
E: imagine if you could only get Orokin Cells from sabotage caches. That's what Cetus Wisps are like.

You do realize that Zephyr (prime) with maxed duration, efficiency and all loot detector mods equipped on her and the companion can go around the whole map in a minute or two and see every wisp there is on her radar? Oh, also you can put mods for increased aim glide time as well on the other slots. It helps a lot. As long as you remember the possible spawn locations of the wisps which you will do in 5-10 runs easily. And then just wait when you get double resource from login and a night on the plains for example. You can combo this with the rng cavat that can proc a double resource as well ( that will lead to 4 wisps on each pickup).
The fact that you are not aware of the best way to farm something doesn't mean that there isn't one. I've seen Nova build for the same farming. And remember that the whole Plains content is not meant to be build by just collecting resources for 30 minutes. This is a game that rewards a lot the casual play and not rushing everything the second you have the option to do it. I still don't have Khora and I have no issues with it. I will eventually get it and I enjoy the 1-2 Onslaught runs per day just to cap my daily rep and some focus farming. I pity the burnout that people do to themselves running hundreds of runs per day for something that they will ditch in the arsenal and never look again after leveling it up.
Do you understand the issue of having to go around the plains like a $&*&*#(%&ed monkey just to farm this garbage for the awful "operator combat" instead of being able to get it during normal gameplay like most other resources in the game? Or is this too hard of a concept for you to grasp?

You mean resources used for in-game "activities" in general?
Yes, resources you need to go out of your way to obtain instead of actually playing the game. Same with fishing. These are the main reasons why the plains are S#&$.
-
I'm sure that would be super interesting. And for some people, educational.
A lesson on what things you should not put in your game.

I came to check the forum because I started having similar issues. I was doing the survival sortie yesterday and at one point my FPS dropped to around 30 from the usual ~70, I popped open the task manager and I see CPU use at 60% and GPU at 40%. No idea what's happening.
-
Who the #*!% comes up with this S#&$? How about you actually DO your S#&$ yourself before putting it in the game?
-
None, because there still aren't more than 6 viable frames to do it. and the fights are still S#&$
-
Leaving broken, anti-fun, anti-gameplay things in that state for years while nerfing things that were never anywhere near that.
Gear customization (modding) that leaves no space for any actual customization.
Enemy damage to player survivability balance being nonexistent.
Fanboys.
-
What is even the point?
And they require parts from fish that require bait and take 1 hour. Just reduce the number built and increase the duration.
-
For the record, I don't consider using damage from broken enemies (like Scorch) as a "the way it's meant to work" either. The "absorb damage to increase Iron Skin health pool" feature is terribly designed, you barely get hit in those 4 seconds because if enemies normally focused fire on you to do an amount of damage that would mater you would be dead in under a second.
-
Can't wait for new weapons requiring 50 Nitain because "we can't devalue the """work""" of other players".

Clan secret, sorry dude lol
If you're asking if i got it legit, yes this is legit and in a mission, you can easily get this too. I made this build because rhino is my favorite frame of all time and i use him extensively for anything, thus combined with my knowledge on how to build, i can make him quite tough
"Clan secret lol, totally not wanting to post it because it's an exploit and I don't want to get it fixed while also being able to act like an elitist prick lol"
"lol"
