Dagath's Doom will steal kills from your weapons, preventing on kill triggers, such as from weapon arcanes, galvanized mods and similar. The duplicated damage from Doom will trigger as soon as it's enough to kill the enemy, meaning unless you kill the enemy in one shot at the moment Doom would trigger, your weapon can't get on kill triggers. One solution to this would be making the damage from Doom count as damage from the last weapon that supplied damage to it.

Could a fix for Galvanized Scope/Crosshairs be looked into, please. The stacking mechanic has been bugged since they released.

Killing one of Revenant's thralls with Reave does not increment the kill counter for exterminate most of the time. This can lead to being unable to finish the mission.

There is a bug that allows you to trigger a melee ground slam while Aegis Storm is active. This hinders your movement for a bit as well as prevents use of your Balefire Charger and "rolling" until you deactivate Balefire or Aegis Storm, activate Haven, or switch to operator.
Steps to reproduce:
- Activate Balefire
- Switch to melee
- Switch back to Balefire Charger
- Activate Aegis Storm
- You can now trigger a melee ground slam
- Activating Haven allows you to trigger another ground slam (this can be repeated indefinitely)

Aero Agility(rare from the aero set) is in the tier A rewards for disruption while Aero Periphery(common from the aero set) is in the tier C rewards. This can be seen on the official drops page here and to confirm I tried to get Aero Agility to drop from tier A, which I was able to do and can be seen in the screenshot provided below.

Unless the +100% was a typo and was supposed to be +200%, I believe you confused +200% strength with 200% total strength . What you would actually need is +233% strength (333% total) to reach the same value as what can be achieved pre-nerf with +100% strength (200% total). +400% strength (500% total) would be needed to match pre-nerf at +200% strength (300% total).
