Works here. Did you possibly add a regular forma so that the weapon's max rank is really higher than 30?  Weapon has to be max rank to use forma, not 30 specifically.

I'm 4 formas in, and it's at max rank before the last forma I want to use, I've been hitting it with formas normally, so I'm not sure why I can't choose umbra forma.

you have to forma it 5 times to get it to level 40, so why not use umbra forma?

So I was saving my Umbral forma for my paracesis, and it shows in my inventory, but I can't use it on my paracesis, is this intentional or a bug? 

I can use it on my warframe, but not on any weapons, even though it says it can be used on weapons.

[Eidolon missions bugging out]

I've experienced 7 failed missions in the last day on the plains of Eidolon, you'd have soldiers trapped under the mountain, unreachable by any frame, soldier pods falling from the sky but not producing any soldiers, but remaining as pods, you can't progress until you kill the grineer inside the pod. I've also experienced the drone getting stuck on walls.
