[Orbiter Has Small Tear]

After lolly gaggin' within my Orbiter I noticed there is a small tear. Its location is in the personal quarters room.

[Warframe Player Visual Glitch]

I was in my arsenal then went to upgrade my mods for my warframe through the foundry. After I upgraded them I then noticed a shopping cart at the top-right of my screen. I clicked on it and it stated "Coupon Available". I clicked on that and went to the store screen where you can view/purchase items on the market. After I exited out of the market I noticed that my warframe is completely invisible. I can move around and do all of the normal things: run, jump, slide, interact with other interfaces, etc...
Time of happening: 8:45 AM CST, 3/8/2019.

How to reproduce: Go to Arsenal, then go to Upgrades (it does not matter which upgrades button you choose, i.e warframe upgrades) then click on mods at the bottom of your screen. Next, go to the top right where it shows the shopping cart and select "coupon available", this will take you to the market/store. Exit the market and the glitch is now working.

 

[Afuris Crafting Bug]

When crafting the Afuris it says "Not Enough Components" even though I have met all of the requirements including Mastery Rank. Here's a screenshot: 

[Missing Ayaton Sculpture [Maroo's Bazaar Quest]]

When I completed the quest I received the sculpture and thought it was a success. I then go to my Ayaton Treasures section only to find out it's not there. This all happened within a hour. I'm not sure why this is happening but it is. I started the quest at around 4:00 PM CST and completed it four times in a row until 4:22 PM CST on 11/20/2018. Another thing I like to add: This quest cannot be repeated as its a weekly quest. I can "redo" the quest over and over. Here are a couple of screenshots:
