    I think other things to consider is whether the warframe could compete with other warframes. the Deployed Guard does feel like Shatter-Shield a bit also i think you should add how the energy cost works.

     

    I used to have a weapons warframe but instead of just solider, it was a soldier-knight warframe.

    I agree that the abbilities could use a little bit of creativity, and also that his third is a weaker version of Volt's shield when picked up. The difference would be of course the way it deals with damage reduction, where Volt's shield absorbs damage completely, but makes you go slower, while Arsenal's doesn't absorb them completely, only reduce them, but to mention Arsenal's shield would reduce bombard missile explosion damage as well when it explodes on contact with the shield, Volt's shield doesn't do that, while also you won't be slowed down with Arsenal's Guard. The Gun Nest part of the third abbility is basically a stationary Volt shield, but you are immune to any type of damage from the front, even if its explosion damage from a bombard.

    On the other hand, I do think that maybe you should be able to use primary while having Guard out, while also be able to use your primary with the deployed guard too.

    I think it could complete with other warframes, and I'm thinking on energy consumption rates aswell. 

    Oh and I think I saw that concept about the soldier-knight frame, It was pretty cool, I would love to see something like that aswell.

  2. This, is Arsenal. The walking weapon, the one man army.

    Arsenal utilizes his built in weaponry to wreak havoc amongts enemies, shooting them down with multiple weapons at once.

    Arsenal would look like a medium to heavy armored exo suit, probably looking like the Tau Commander from Warhammer 40k: DoW

    I don't want to set energy consuption rates, but I realize that with this warframe energy consuption is an issue, having a large energy pool is necessary.

    (Stats of the frame and abbilites are placeholders, I'd like him to rely on abbilities mostly, and I don't want to make ridicolous amount of stats, these are just to speculate my opinion on them as a starter)

    I would like to have his second abbility to be visible all the time (so it won't need startup animation, and I think it looks cool)

    Would be cool for having every weapon out when using 4th abbility.

    Possibly using first two abbilities while having out an archgun would be even better.

    All abbilities (except 3rd) can be used while moving.

    The first two abbilites can be used simultaneously.

    Stats:

    Spoiler

    Health: 75 (225 at max)

    Shield: 200 (500 at max)

    Armor: 150

    Energy: 175 (265 at max)

    Abbilities:

    Passive: Additive shield charge 

    Arsenal recharges his shields faster by 10% (the time to start recharging, and the recharge amount is both affected), while also overloading the shields (to 30% of the max overshield value) if not taken any damage in a short while.

    First abbility: Blast/Immolate 

    Blast: (Tap)

    Upon activation Arsenal shoots a (slightly faster than the bombard) rocket from his arm, traveling in a straight line, dealing blast damage to the first target hit, while also dealing damage in an area. 

    Damage: 500 Blast (at max rank) and 200 Blast AoE

    Immolate: (Hold)

    On activation Arsenal uses his short range flamethrower to deal Flame damage in front of him from his arm, igniting anyone who stands within it.

    Damage: 250 Flame per tic

    Base status is 30% (increases with power strength)

    Second abbility: Shoulder cannon

    Tapping the abbility shoots a long range bullet from the cannon, dealing puncture damage. (Able to crit)

    Damage: 450

    Base crit chance is 22% (increases with abbility strength)

    Base crit damage is 1.8x (increases with abbility strength)

    Holding the abbility makes the cannon fire rapidly, spraying bullets in front of Arsenal. (Does not crit)

    Damage 80 per bullet

    Third abbility: Guard/Gun nest

    Guard: (Tap)

    Channeling abbility.

    On activation, Arsenal takes up a shield, blocking 70% (at max) incoming damage in front of him. Using this abbility switches you to your secondary, which you can use with Guard, but you won't be able to cast your first two spells.

    Gun nest: (Hold)

    Channeling abbility.

    Upon holding the abbilty, instead of the smaller version used in Guard, Arsenal extends his shield and hunkers down, being completely immune to damage from the front, but he won't be able to move, but he is able to turn, while also instead of having out the secondary weapon, Arsenal can use his other abbilities (except 4th) to deal damage in front of him.

    Fourth abbility: Deploy

    Channeling abbility.

    Arsenal activates the secondary assets, not being able to use any primary, secondary or melee weapons, but enhances his abbilities. (Movement speed is reduced by 40%, cannot bullet jump, can't roll)

    Blast/ImmolateShoulder cannon:  Both will be press and hold and shoot from both arms/shoulders, with both variation of the abbilities.

    Guard will be activated instantly like plate mail, gaining 70% damage reduction from all sides.

    Gun nest cannot be activated while Deploy is active.

  3. Amm, if the dog version is "Kubrow", then the cat version should've something similiar name to the Kubrow. Like, Fluctrow, or Konukrow, maybe Yntarow, or maybe we start with the "Ku" instead of finishing with the "row", Like Kunix, Kurax, Kular, Kuntarin or Kurotar. This was just a tip, but maybe there are better names, or theoris how to name the cat version. Hope I could help! ;)

HI! my name is DanEe, and I'd like to join to your clan, because I'm looking for a clan with active members, even in chat, so I don't have to go with random people from the Recruitment, because...I just don't like it. When I'm afk ingame tradingarrow-10x10.png, and waiting for offers or something, I like to look at the clan chat maybe something funny is happening so I don't get bored, but its not possible with a clan that is actually dead.   5. Hello there! I was thinking about a new warframe, that is a bit similiar to Nyx, but a little bit more deadly.

     

    So, I was thinking about a mind manipulator, male warframe.

     

    The name I would give to him: Khalios

     

    He would be based on assassinating alone targets, disguising into the enemy, and murder them by making them kill eachother.

     

    About the abbilities:

     

    The abbilites would be about getting sight of an enemy, and assassinate the others around it by dashing trough them or making them become a "traitor" and kill eachother.

     

    First abbility:

     

    Phase---- Khalios Phases trough a targeted enemy, becoming invulnerable, and dashes trough the targeted enemy, plus 3 additional targets, dealing damage, and reappairing at the last enemy affected by the abbility.

     

    Second abbility:

     

    Sense Fear---- Khalios gathers focus, and starts to walk slowly and silently, while sensing enemies that are alone, marking their bodyheat, and allows Khalios to see them trough the walls and other environments, and allowing him to use "Phase" and "Possess" trough the walls. (Channeling spell)

     

     

    Third abbility:

     

    Ball of mark----Khalios sends toward a ball, that marks enemies. There are several type of marks that Khalios can use.

     

     

    The ball after the activation of the spell goes slowly for several seconds, giving Khalios time to decide what mark he wants to use. The ball will go to a random enemy in a (x;y) range, marking them with the type that have been chosen.

     

    First mark:

     

    Mark of Phase: If an enemy is tagged with the ball, Khalios can reactivate this mark to instantly travel to the marked enemy, and using "Phase".

     

    Second mark:

     

    Mark of fear: If an enemy is tagged with the ball, it will erupt a black shroud in a (x;y) range, making all enemies affected by fear for the duration of the shroud, while also making Khalios invisible if he stepps in the shroud. Enemies in the shroud do not see eachother (making stealth kills easier, but gunshot still makes them avare that you are there, disabling the abbility to execute them).

     

    This is a really good opportunity to use the abbility "Sense Fear", because enemies cannot see eachother in the shroud.

     

     

    Third mark:

     

     

    Mark of possess: If an enemy is tagged with the ball, reactivating the abbility instantly triggers the skill "Possess" on the enemy. (But the channel will cost more.)

     

     

    The marks can be applied by activating the spell you want to apply on the ball if you target it. (Lets say if you apply one spell on the ball, you cannot change it anymore :P)

     

    The ball for the enemies is invisible.

     

     

    Fourth abbility:

     

     

    Possess---- Khalios prepeares himself, and after a short delay, Khalios takes over a targetet enemy's mind, letting Khalios control the enemy. The controlled enemy won't be shot by its own teammates until it shoots one of them.

     

    This abbility has a casting cost, then it heavily drains energy.

     

     

    After the controlled enemy died, Khalios reappears.

     

    If the abbility is activated again while the controlled enemy is still alive, Khalios reppears as it would be normally if the enemy would die, but dealing damage to the enemy, while also stunning it for a brief second.

     

     

     I was thinking about Augment mods too:

     

    Fearful Phase---- Phase abbility is enchanted, making it to dash trough 10 enemies if the first enemy is marked by Sense of Fear.

     

    Sense of Pain---- Enemies that are bodyheats have been marked by abbility, have their armor reduced by (x;y) for (x;y) seconds.

     

    Ball of Death---- If ball of mark have not been targeted by any spell from Khalios, it will explode, dealing damage in a (x;y) range if it marks an enemy.

     

    Possession---- If an enemy died while Khalios was still controlling it, the abbility jumps to an additional enemy, making it to be controlled by Khalios, but making the abbility to drain more energy after additional jumps. Enemies that have been "re-possessed" by Khalios are not enemies for the enemy (huh so much enemy), unless it starts to shoot someone from them.

     

    So, this is all what I've been thinking about. It would be really funny to see something familiar to this :D

  6. Hello there! My name is DanEe, and I want to say that everytime I want to log in, it takes 10 minute, and sometimes it says Login error. Another problem is that everything is so slow for me after these updates. When I try to open the map, it takes 2 min to the motd "pelase wait" to disappear, and even 2 min to exit from my arsenal menu, and this wasn't like this before. Also its just random chance that after a game it just drops me from the server, back to the login screen, and I can't even login. It says login error again, and  somehow the framerate changed a little, its like a  bit lower than before.

     

    Thank you for reading this, and I hope you can find a way to fix these problems.

  7. Hello.

     

    I'm having some real problems, when my warframe just crashes, or it just drops me out from the server, when the Void survival 4 drops me like a forma blueprint, 2x5 rare 5 fusion core, and a braton prime blueprint, and it just crashes out, or the server drops me. I would really like soemthing that fixes this issue, because I will never get experience to weapons, or get anything good, because it seems to crash or drop me only when I recieve something good. Please fix this.

  8. Hello! I just wanted to tell that i played with my friend on a survival mission, and at the 25 minute, it dropped a "Focus" mod, that i was looking for like 4 days. When we finished the mission, i didn't see it in my Mods list.

     

    Bug, or just am I an idiot?

     

    Please help!
