Since feedback doesn't need to be negative, thumbs up to the visuals team, those who keep updating the detail maps, the normal maps, the specular maps, the reflection detail, the effects, the lighting, the shaders and probably those who have to implement it into the engine, you guys are great!

    So often there is a tiny little update and to some people nothing seems changed. But to the discerning eye there are those small little tweaks that make all the difference in the world! I've never before played a game where the visuals are so steadily improving all the time. 

    As a visual fidelity and shader enthousiast, I thank you! I love these small little visual surprises!

    (Hmm tasty improved normal maps today it would seem)

  2. I may have some new insight in the "My lich does not die even though I have the right combo" bug.

    We were doing a mission, several Liches appeared shortly after eachother, most went fine, one was left. Mine did not spawn, yet curiously I did get messages from my Lich as if he/she/it was there fighting with me. A fellow tenno downed his Lich and died, seemingly having the wrong combination, he claimed in chat however that it showed him he had the right combination, yet the Lich killed him as if he did not. Weird, but by now I was aware this bug existed. 
    So far nothing new. Except maybe the mixed up messages. 

    When I returned to the orbiter however and checked the anger level of my Lich, I saw that it showed a new attempt, confirming my second rune. But also showing me the third rune was incorrect. I did not fight my Kuva Lich that mission though. What I think happened is somehow his and my Lich got mixed up in code (wrong scope for a variable maybe?) allowing him to fight and parazon him, but somehow making that attempt be recorded as my attempt, which failed since I had the wrong third rune.

    I hope this new info helps nail down those gLiches (sorry, had to make it)

     

    In the meanwhile, can people who have this bug try and run the mission solo? Maybe if it works then it could help support the theory that it is related to mixing up data from other players liches.

    This does not seem to be the case, solo missions can still get this bug it seems

As Verticross said, the bug occurs sometimes when Grendel is using pulverize and jumps towards an area he can ledge climb outside of his Pulverize form.     Another definite effect of the bug outside of what Verticross has described, is that Grendel can no longer pick up items from the ground. This includes life support in survival missions, energy orbs, ammo, etc.

    There was also one instance during testing in the Void, where I could no longer be harmed by environmental hazards like the Laser Plates and Laser Orb. I could still take damage/status effects from other sources as usual though when the bug occurs. I have not had a chance to try to recreate that specific incident yet.

     

    Had the same, I could not revert to normal, or perform any other action other than roll around, I also could no longer jump, also the last enemy in my belly seemed immortal I had to wait for that last 1 enemy to drain all my energy, after which I came out of pulverize form, it performed the dizzy/dazed animation and then I got teleported back to the ledge I "grabbed" in pulverize form. By then I had failed the survival mission. 

    While on the topic of grendel, it seems i'm able to eat eximi (eximus', eximusses) in all gamemodes except for sanctuary onslaught, is this intended?

  4. Dear DE, noticed a small but quite annoying bug, when using Hildryns Balefire launcher and simultaneausly giving your secondary weapon to a sortie defense operative (and also sometimes getting in and out of operator form) may result in some weird behaviour.

    First of all sometimes your balefire launcher dissapears and you are stuck without a weapon. Switching weapons in this state does nothing and melee is disabled. Balefire cannot be cast in this state. The other skills can. This is "fixed" by activating Aegis storm and reactivating your balefire launchers. After leaving Aegis storm mode, sometimes your weapons will be back, sometimes they won't.

    Sometimes after balefire launcher finishes(due to disabling it or running out of shields), I got my secondary, while the sortie defense operative still had it too, effectively duplicating my secondary weapon, while not a big problem, I don't think this is intended behaviour. 

    Kinda feels like a null ref exception when trying to switch back to a weapon that is no longer there since you've given it to the defense operative.

I seem to have found a workaround for those still wanting to use zephyr in the plains (lets be honest thats the best place for zephyr), whenever you land after a tailwind, hold control to land sliding, this seems to prevent the animation zephyr gets stuck in. The evidence is not conclusive but so far the 2 bounty runs I've ran I havent gotten the bug again using this trick, while normally no run would pass without the bug.

  6. I seem to have an issue that when the host is changed during an archwing mission, 90% of the time i lose the ability to go up in any way. Also whenever i move forward i start losing altitude slightly.

    This usually means i have to stay stationary and shoot from a long distance if i don't want to end up stuck kilometers down from the objective.

     

    I do not know what is causing this i have tried releasing all keys when the host is being changed but this does not work as a fix.

     

    I hope this is helpful to you, so this issue can be resolved soon.

  7. A small annoyance:

     

    Minor spoilers below for one of the quests:

     

    With the second riddle there are too many right answers, half the missions on Sedna are named after water nymphs, Europa is a ocean nymph, there is an Ariel on Neptune. In the end i just ended up looking at the wiki because i was tired of trying all the different ones, just to find out by trial and error which of the possible answers was the one intended.

     

    Just a small issue but nonetheless quite frustrating.

  8. this bug also occurs when using vauban's vortex had it happen everytime i used it.

    a "fix" is exiting the game and re entering (dunno if you have to be host for this, i was) then phorid will still be invisible but you will be able to hit him an see his healthbar, his loot may drop somewhere else entirely,  so you might have to do a lil searching for the loot.

     

    Dont know wether this is due to the lack of animation before the update it worked just fine, apart from phorid sometimes just not getting up after vortex.

    - Fix for Nyx Power in Use bug (maybe time for a Livestream rematch!).

     

     

    Is this a very specific fix? because mag also has this bug every now and then when you do her 4th skill you are invincible but also cant melee or do any skills.

  10. Nice lots of good fixes here keep em coming(although now where do we have to lounge? Ninja's gotta sit too) meh ive heard possible refurbishing coming to warframe dojos so we can probs put em all back by then.

  11. Vauban kicks &#! on the killing corpus defense and can control very well if you have enough energy, as its electrical dmg he doesnt do much against infested and Ancients are immune to it.

    Banshee with good range upgrade is also awesome though doesn't do much dmg to ancient and you are quite vulnerable to long rage enemies such as railgun moa or snipers. Also its quite usefull to be able to knock enemies on the floor with sonic boom.

     

     

    those are the two i play out of the bunch, the rest of the post is just out of observing team mates.

    Embers world on fire seems to rock on infested defenses. 

    Saryn also seems to kick &#! (i think poison does dmg while negating all dmg reduction so that's kind of awesome vs Ancients and other armored targets.) Nyx is very good at keeping a large amount of enemies at bay (making them fight each other) but is best with some other warframe that can do a big AOE to finish them off at the end.

  12. just an idea: make some kind of challenge missions such as speed run missions stealth missions as side missions, maybe some parkour ones. you could tier their rewards as people do better or worse (bronze silver gold) i think this would give a fresh new addition to the game.

  13. Who's the cheeky butthead making forma alerts at 2 something AM? I woke up for forma, just to find out I've been trolled by devs.

    theyve said the alerts are completely random for the reason that if people did, it there would be some logic to it and if there was logic to the system it would be exploitable or predictable, they can throw in alerts (they often do so after streams or anouncements) but almost all are randomly selected.
