I have just received a random suspension and I'm wondering how much it takes for them to answer, I'm literally shocked, been playing since 2013 and never got a single warning or did anything that (to my extent) was illegal, so I'm really wondering the reason of the suspension.

(I will post why if they tell me after answering the ticket)
