    You are kinda wrong in comparing shield with health. It should instead be compared with armor. Both of them grant additional EHP, but in differemt ways. Shield does it by adding flat value on top of existing health, and armor does it by reducing damage taken.

    Some enemies have armor, some have shield instead. But all enemy (or at least the majority of enemy that we will be fighting against at a da to day basis) will have a health bar,  so if there is any status that is strong against health, it is going to be the most popular one. This is what makes viral more important than any other status effect. 

    With armor being more effective in increasing EHP, it does not prevent the effect of increased damage from viral proc, which shield does. The reason why shield is still not as effective is because enemy do not have enough shield to make it a thing that players have to mod for a magnetic status effect to by pass it. 

    The only time I have ever had any trouble dealing with shielded enemies is when i was MR0 and my Mk-1 Braton cannot deplete an enemies' shield before i need to reload, and it keeps regenerating, making it nearly invincible.

    - Rebalance Corpus units to have little health/flesh but HUGE shield, like in enhanced shield sortie. Pls remove shield gating if this is going to be a thing.
    - Rework toxin to only has its proc to bypass shield.
    - Some corpus enemies can be made to only have shield as their health type, making Viral bad against Corpus and Toxin to be optional rather than mandatory.
    - Disable any kind of shield regen, including Shield Ospreys.
    - Corpus heavies can recharge their shields and gain overshield once.

    Things to do next:

    - Make Shield Bar red

    - Call it Health instead

     

    Some of these will not make magnetic see uses, it will just make shield look meaningless. If shield can't regen then it is just health but shown in blue.

  3. There are 2 major issues:

    1. The Arsenal is unusable. This is straight forward. It prevents players from changing loadouts in the scene. 

    2. The transferance chair in the operator room is broken. Upon transfer out of Warframe, the operator is stuck on the chair, the device does not open, and the operator can not move. Then if i transfer back to my Warframe, the frame is teleported to where the operator is and gets trapped too.

    Paracesis is a pretty decent crit-based greatsword. I think it's worthy to spend those ducats. 

  5. Object and their reflections are facing opposite directions. Here's a demonstration:

    And here's the reflection of the object seen from the point of view

    and you can see it's not supposed to be seen from this side. 

    Nothing in the reflection matches the actual scene. Pls fix this!

  6. Some of the translated dialogues don't make sense, here are some examples

    1 In one type of bounty, players are instructed to steal data after getting into enemy bases, which has a bonus condition of not triggering the alarm. The instruction text at the top left corner says "Get to safe area"(translated from Chinese), which means exactly the opposite from the original text. "Secure Area" means a place heavily secured by enemies, but the terrible translation makes me think it's safe to get there so I directly rushed in and trigger the countdown lol

    2 Another type of bounty tells me to set a trap on the road and intercept an enemy vehicle. One of the voice lines after the car stops is "It's down!", which means the car is taken down. But the translation says "It has fallen down" and it makes no sense at all!

    3 The word "Orb" in the title of the map "The Orb Vallis" is transliterated, while it actually refers to those spider robots called "the Orbs" in this place. 

    These are reasons why i think the localization needs rework and calibration. They are causing misunderstanding and affects gameplay. 

    对白的翻译语句不通 而且还有很多出现了意思上的偏差 以下举几个例子 
    1 赏金有一个任务类型是要到敌方基地偷取数据,任务提示“到达安全区域”,安全区域对应的英语原文为secure area,实质是指被敌人严密看守的【安保区域】,一点都不安全,翻译成“安全区域”意思完全颠倒了。 
    2 赏金还有一个任务类型是在地上设置陷阱拦截Corpus的滚轮车,陷阱触发后NPC的一局提示是“It's down”,应该翻译成“它瘫痪了!”,游戏中却翻译成了“它倒了!”,这里down这么简单的一层含义都没翻译出来,是不是有点太不应该了? 
    3 The Orb Vallis的翻译为奥布山谷 但游戏内同名的蜘蛛机器人Orbs却是翻译成了圆蛛,同一个名词有两种不同的翻译,认真的?。Orb Vallis的含义是valley of the orbs,理应为圆蛛山谷,用音译“奥布“简单粗暴的代替,难以称得上是恰当的汉化。 
    这些错误翻译很多都会影响游戏体验,甚至会让人误解任务目的,希望能重新进行校对

    We are all playing chinese warframe though.

    At least they said so, but I don't think this mod should even be available in the first place, especially when the global build hasn't got it either. Some Chinese player thinks their game version should be more advanced than the global build for some reason. And they blame DE for the removal. lul

    Yes they are and no they aren't. The Chinaframe is basically the edited version to avoid violating related laws to be published in Mainland China, and due to the fact that DE have to fix all the bugs in the current version of international warframe before they ship the update pack to Changyou, Chinaframe is roughly 1 full version late. They still didn't get PoE yet.
