[Side Quests Gone!?]

Yesterday i got a new bug, the side quests (kill 30 peeps and so on) are GONE!? even though i skip the cinematics, they arn't there. I've tried every single kind of quest (in case it's just the tooltip missing), no luck. They are gone!?

 

Help please.
