After I hacked a console on the Grineer shipyard tileset, I was stuck with my camera in the wall behind the panel. The minimap showed that I was still able to move and everything, I just could not see what I was doing. I walked to extraction like this and extracted successfully, with a lot of patience and use of the map. The screenshot shows my camera view, but also the minimap where I am at extraction. (The picture also shows extraction as 8m away when the camera is clearly not in the same room.)

AV is anti-virus. I have given Warframe full access through firewall and anti-virus, and was playing fine until update 8.
AI Freeze When Lich Downed, Domino of Issues

When we were farming Liches, we were running Lex on Ceres, which was a common node for all 3 in my squad. The first lich spawned in, my squadmate failed his 2nd stab and the lich left. Then mine spawned in, and I successfully brought them down fully (all 3 mods correct). As I got them down for the last one, they used the Hallowed Ground ability which radiated one of my squad, and they were brought down by friendly fire as I stabbed the lich. All enemy AI was deactivated, and I was stuck staring menacingly at my lich, no UI, unable to select what to do with them, unable to access gear, menu, weapons, etc. Alt+F4 couldn't even close the game, I had to log out of my computer to close it. As soon as I ended the task, the 3rd person's lich spawned, and could not be damaged by the remaining team members.
When I logged back in, my lich UI shows all 3 mods correct on last attempt, with them still alive and well.
