[Cross Save and Warframe Market]

I  merged my switch and pc accounts ( PC is primary).

That becomes an issue with warframe market since my pc and switch has diffirent usernames  , Is there a way to change the name of the warframe market  to my switch username so i can sell or am i missing out on something?  

Side note: till now even warframe still sees the username i had and not the switch one 

If there is sth i haven't clarified please let me know
