I just experienced this. First mission i launched, the defense target did not show up at all. Second one, they dissappeared in the middle of the mission, failing it instantly even though he still had 28k hp left.

The ONLY change that this bill could cause on the boosters is that, in a worst case scenario, they will be removed from the store. However, they'll continue to be available as daily rewards, sortie rewards and such.
And i'm saying "in a worst case scenario", because DE can easily plead that with the trading system, it's not mandatory to pay money to acquire platinum.

A horror movie in which the Stalker goes out of the screen to the real world, to hunt down players and "bring them to justice" (A.K.A slicing them in half with his Exalted Blade) for the "crimes" they make with their Tenno in the videogame. I think some people would like it.
Oh, and i do not claim to own The Stalker, Warframe, DE, or any brand or logo you see in the art. -
