  1. I'm all for a podcast, but I do think the current format could use some serious tweaks, aside from the understandable technical hiccups.

    1. Too many participants. 3 or 4 should be enough. Any more and not only do you risk confusion, but you get very shallow opinions and participation with so many people sharing the space/time. Get one or two regular "community side" members, pick different ones per episode, whatever. But cut down the number.

    2. Prep them. Whether it's giving the community members notes, explanations or previews of the topics of the Devstream ahead of time, give them something. Enough so that they can think, formulate opinions and ponder. "What do you think of this thing you saw 3 minutes of, 2 hours ago?" is unlikely to solicit much in the way of worthwhile input. I don't have much desire to listen to an hour's worth of youtubers going "Yeah, looks good."

    3. Move away from purely being about the Devstream. We have the Devstream already. If we need or you wanna make Devstream stuff, make longer or more numerous Devstreams.

I'd much rather have the podcast be about really going in-depth into one or two topics. Maybe even ask the community for what they'd like brought up. In fact, I'd be interested in an hour's worth of Steve or other relevant designer just discussing the motivation and thoughts behind various subjects like Focus or the Relics, Frame Design, Nullifiers or whatever.
