Great idea. 5 minutes is a fair amount of time, but nothing a "ready" button couldn't fix.

Love this update. Absolutely HATE the rainbow powers. I feel like I'm playing a child's game now...seeing all the pink and purple powers. The effects on Ember's "World on Fire" alone, break my heart. It looks so bad. And...Yellow snowglobes? Really? The default power palette was gorgeous! Please reconsider this change...it really takes away from the atmosphere of the game.

If you guys keep providing the hard work and ethics, like you have been since the beginning of Warframe, you may very well aquire similiar success as the big blockbuster games. COD HALO Gears etc.., except you guys will actually have earned the praise and attention. I have been a hardcore gamer for over 20 years and I have never had any respect for a single game developer until now. Thank You So Much.
Agreed, but I still want that slide cool down removed! Haha!

Rebecca and Steve are more than likely at E3 right now. This is also the reason why we got a patch that fixed the not-so-complex systems in the game. After E3's over, other problems that may have come up will probably be addressed.

That one thing is making you not want to play the game? Wow...I think you may need to take a new look at why you play Warframe to begin with.
As a "grand master" I can undoubtedly say, "I love this game!" but I have to agree, the slide cool down is a game breaker for me even. I had so much more mobility before hand, and now it's gone. I feel like I had my legs chopped off and they handed me crutches. Maybe I'm exaggerating a bit, but the game has an entirely different feel now, and it doesn't leave me smiling anymore.

Agreed, why hasn't this been addressed yet? There's certainly a number of very unhappy players in regard to the subject.

So I've tried playing some more since the slide cool down has been implemented. My opinion remains unchanged, and this is the summary of my findings...
I went from feeling like a badass ....to feeling like a crippled veteran who lost both his legs in a horrific accident. No offense intended.
Unless these changes are reverted, I imagine I'll find something else to do with my time. That is all.

frost is my favorite warframe. rushing like crazy retard was never his strength.
if you want to rush take ash, loki etc...
He's my favorite frame too, and I never said anything about "rushing". I lost nearly all my mobility. Frost and Rhino are TANKS...you're suppose to be in the front of the fight. I especially liked the mobility when it came to melee fighting. When I can run through a level and slide melee everything to death along the way...it makes farming very efficient and heaven forbid...ENJOYABLE.

Holy crap...the sprint/slide cooldown has got to go....I HATE playing my frost now.
Honestly: This is game breaking for me. I've lost so much mobility. I'm so limited with one of my favorite moves now too, "the slide melee".
