[Phobos Gate not registering completion of mission--Unable to progress]

The mission "Open 3 Lith Relics" is not being completed for me no matter how many Lith Relics I open, I can't progress past Mars due to this bug, please help.

One of the requirements for the Phobos Gate on Mars (Open 3 Lith Relics) is not working on my game, it registers 0 Lith Relics opened, when I have opened 5.  I am unable to progress past Mars due to this bug
