[Semaris Scanner Bug]

Want to let you know that the scanner from Sephalon Semaris does no longer highlight anything like befor the last one/two patches.

I hope that this bug gets resolved fast and I don't accept it, if this should be the intended future way for this scanner becuase this
scanner is the "primed" version from the default scanner so it's ability to see all thing even through walls has it's existing right!

I have tried to add a Riven Mod but it is impossible because no riven image is placed with the given stats, also there is no Crit Damage which is rly, rly, horrible bad.

I hope this would be fixed :)

I don't want to sell it. I wanted to trade it with another person which has a prime part which I need (a vaulted one) and he asked me for another primed part which I have and I have never heared of it - until today - that you can't trade them which is stupied and I don't care about gating, sorry but either only BPs are tradeable and all prime parts will be converted into BPs or all prime parts ar tradeable even if they are crafted or as BP in your inventory but not 90:10 like it is for now!

Thought about the tax for trading finished WF Parts ... should be smth. arround and between 10k - 25k Credits.
This should not be that much since you have The Index to get Credtis and if you are a member of a raid able
clan/alliance you should also be able to make enough credits to pay the tax.

Would this be ok for others which argree to this?

Like the title tells you it should be possible to to trade all and compleatly all prime parts and not only pre-finished parts.
Because it is stupied, that I can trade 80% of them but not already finished Warframe Prime Parts which are definitly
to put into the category for "crafting elements" (if this is the correct naming in english).

Not sure why this is not possible but at the end it is stupied that only Warframe Parts are not tradeable if already
builded. I would have no problem to accept a slightly mor higher tax on tradeing them but they must be tradeable, now!
