[Update problems]

Hi my game does not update, I've already downloaded again through steam and also through the site. It always presents the same problems and I can not even check/optimize the download cache. This problem has started since the update Plains of Eidolon and it happened again in the last hotfix, until I got to play on the day the hotfix was made available, I tried to download it and it crashed, so I'm a week away without being able to play. Sorry for my bad english and pleas help me guys.

Hello, my launcher is not downloading the new update, what are the likely problems. my internet is 8mbps but I know the launcher decreases to 2/1 mbps. Is this the cause ?? because i* already download some heavier games normally since last Friday

Bom dia, ontem a minha internet tinha parado, problemas no provedor.
O assunto já tá resolvido, mas, hoje quando tentei entrar no jogo notei que não havia ninguém em qualquer um dos chats, coisa que não é normal
