[Can't Update to latest Hotfix]

I'm not sure about everybody else but it would appear that it has started working for me at least, I cannot explain why but... Just voicing what's going on.

The content servers are temporarily unavailable.

The update will be restarted shortly..

And it just stays on that screen...

A friend of mine and I were going to get on and this happened to only me...
