    First off your experience is wrong.  You can find up to 7-8 Wisps a night (14 to 16 with a booster). With Max Radar (Loot Detector - Thiefs Wit - Animal Instinct) and an Archwing you can complete a run VERY, very quickly by simply boosting max speed the entire time.

    I'm made 4 amps and tons of other items that include Cetus wisps and Cetus wisps are always the last thing I do because they are so easy to get.

    Stop whining, slap on max loot radar fly fast and move on. And if you can't handle it, buy a booster because that's what they are for, impatient people who want things to go faster just need to spend some $$$.

    I Don't know what farmin route you take but with the one I do, which as I said takes about 5 min, and with all the mods you mentioned I find 4-5 per run, and It's not like I'm impatient, I've been playing on the Plains since they came out, as I mentioned earlier, I even bought some wisps on the plague star event, and still can't build a full set of exodias, I'd not say that I'm being impatient...

    As for expending money, I would buy wisps with platinum if they were available, but buying a booster just to run those annoying wisp farm runs without stop doesn't really look very appealing...

    IMHO if you are farming wisps you're doing it wrong.  If you need to build all those things, then you are a completionist. 

    If you are a completionist, 

    You need to run bounties. You need to go mining, You need to hunt eidolons. You need to go fishing.  You need to do all that to get your standing and the rest of the resources required.  In addition, you may be running bounties to get the unvaulted relics.  Just make a habit of checking all the hotspots along the way.

    I've crafted all those things, and multiple sets of some of the exodia's and amp components.  I have over 300 wisps left over, and probably only went wisp farming 2 or three times in the beginning until I realized multi-tasking is a much more efficient use of my time.  And I don't go out of my way to go across the map.. if i'm on the left I check gyser, on the right the tip of the lake and some other spots etc.

     

     

    I've already done bounties a lot, I think i'm only missing one or two of the rare mods and already got everything from the vaulted relics, haven't crafted cosmetics nor my first set of Exodias, just the 4 amps, and here I'm sitting on about 40-50 wisps, despite having bought a bunch of them on the plague star event.

    As for searching for them while doing bounties I don't say that you can't find them, but chances are pretty low, many times I don't see them unless I have loot radar equipped, and usually rush to complete the bounties as fast as possible to help the team and don't leave them alone, If I did that, I would probably find one or two wisps at max per run if i'm lucky, unless you run your bounties at night and forget about eidolon farming... 

    Maybe you play with resource booster?

    Now, If we make numbers, you'll quickly notice that for a complete set of Exodia Arcane you need 100 Wisp, also, If you were to craft all four Amps you'd need 125 of them. I'll leave cosmetics and zaws aside from the maths.

    Now, let's calculate how much time would require to gather the wisps to craft those things, 225 in total.

    So. from my experience you can get 4-5 Wisp per run at night and about 2-4 during day, having a farming route of 6 min approximately. We'll be generous and assume that you only farm at night and get an average of 4 Wisps per run.

    That means that we'd need 25 runs to craft a full set of exodia, assuming 6 minutes per run, it means that we'll need 150 minutes devoted just to farming wisps, 2h and 30 min devoted just to walk around the map looking for those sneaky *****. And that's for each set that you might want to craft. 
    Also, you need to add another 3 hours of farming to craft all the Amps.

    And while you can argue that you can get wisps from Bounties, you wont probably make 4 per run, and it takes noticeably longer than 6 minutes.

    Too much time for one of the most boring and dedicated tasks on the game.

    Possible Solutions:

    - Reduce the number of Cetus Wips required to craft Arcane Exodias, possibly the simplest solution, but also quite unfair to those who already crafted their sets.
    - Increase the spawn rate, also pretty straight-forward, but would still require you to commit a boring and stupid task for a lot of time.
    - Allow us to buy Cetus Wips packs from Nanak at the range of Kin; which would still require you to farm, but in less annoying ways.

    My solution would be a combination of the last 2, considering Ostron is currently lacking a recurring offering for when you already have the impostant  things this could fulfil that role, and also increasing the spawn chances and location, to make farming more satisfying and expanding the increased spawn chance from night to dusk and noon, we already have a lot of things to do at night ;)

Just from looking at the drop tables it seems that Lith relics are hardest to aquire from all the unvaulted relics, and honestly I can't understand how we've come to this situation where acquiring Lith relics has become harder and more grindy than Axi relics, just because of having lower drop chances.

    Add to the mixture that all the other rewards for that bounty are mere crap, and you'll end up with probably one of the most annoying and unreasonable grind from the whole game...

    #1 is something we're continuously working on and hope to improve. 
    #2 is more subjective. I've read a few comments about feeling Plains burnout, which is understandable considering our focus lately. We are looking at some quality-of-life improvements, like lowering armored vault bounty timers

    More variety into bounties please! Once you get used to the bounty missions they repeat over and over and over, there's room to add a lot of cool missions in the plains like sabotages on the caves, regular defence missions, excavation (real excavation, not the one on the gouls event), and lots more. With the missions being so short and having to complete 5 of them on each run, they become repetitive really fast.

    I've thought that a lot of times, Defection would be much more popular with a reward per every squad rescued, even if rotatation A rewards are crap like in excavations...

    Also I believe that the healing around the life support capsules should be much faster to ease the dependence over a trinity or a healer.  Or just some kind of mechanic chance, right now you just spam the squads out, and I doubt that changes unless the mode gets some bigger changes...

  7. I believe that the only buff that Quanta and Vandal Quanta need is just to increase their range, even with damage falloff just so that they can be usable on PoE and upcoming open worlds...

    Right now they don't have enough range to hit a dargyn right over your head...

  8. Since a great part of warframe's progression is given in relays, instruct players to always try to get to the next relay and complete it's objectives to unlock the next planet.

    Instruct players to equip and mod weapons reasonably, I've got to a few new players that hadn't equipped any mod and others that didn't know they could level up the mods.

    Somehow introduce the mastery ranks, what do I have to do to get to a higher rank is also a common question.

    And also, give more importance to the main questline, I see a lot, and i mean A LOT, of new players, that don't follow the questline, and get stuck at Jupiter-Europa or Uranus... 

  9. I rated the NPCs the opposite way too.

    About mining, I'm happy with mining mechanics, and standing rewards from mining, but i'm very dissapointed by the amount of grind required to get the rare gems required to craft a full arcane set.

    Rare gems should start appearing from T2 cutter, and have increased probability chance and quantity with the T3 cutter. I've more that 150 azurite and veridos and just 5-6 sentirum and Nyth because of that stupid and hidden game mechanic.

     

    Other aspects of the plains i'm not happy with:

    -Not being able to choose the enemy spawn levels from star chart
    -The iradite grind required to craft archwing launchers
    -The hidden mechanics behind capturing the eidolon. Onko should have more messages when you're not capturing the eidolon properly and he scapes...
    - Grindolon, we know waframe is about grinding, and we're fine with it, but Plains added just too much grinding in too many aspects, grind for standing with the ostrons to get the tools to grind for fish and minerals that need to be grinded to craft zaws and arcanes, so that you can grind for sentient cores more effectively to grind for quills standing, and grind for eidolon shards more effectively, so that you can grind more focus. Not to mention that now you need to grind for 4 lenses argon and a forma (cmon, remove that forma from the recipe) to craft a greater lens that you need for eidolon lenses...

Just remove the 300 Endo from the uncommon rewards for lvl30-50 and add some more kuva for the lvl 40-60 reward (1000 as common for l30-50 and 1250 as uncommon for l40-60 doesn't seem quite right), also the rewards for l10-30 and l5-15 are S#&$, why don't add some cetus resources to the drop tables, like rare minerals, fish oil, etc...

    I still don't understand how Vitality, Steel Fiber, Point Strike or Redirection can be useful for new players, let's just have a look at the drop locations for Vitality:

    I'm being forced to do those S#&$ty bounties over and over to get the Gara components, only to get crap...

  11. Please make fish Baits Blueprints Reusable!

    And also make it so that Baits increase the fish spawn rate further, sometimes I use a bait and it's just wasted as no fishes spawn.

    Add more Eilodon resources to the drop tables, instead if the stupid mods that drop everywhere, like fish oil, rare gems, etc...

     

    And also please fixes to these, I've had 8 of these 10 issues, many of them a lot of times:

    8- Vacuum doesn't work properly with cores and eidolon when fighting eidolon on hills.
    9- Sometimes, when mining, the mineral area (the dotted thing) doesn't show up and you can't harvest crap even when zooming.
    10- When you reenter cetus, weapons that gained levels during the mission show as "unranked" on mission results screen.

     

  12. If i'm on a premade squad I find that the doors for entering and exiting the plains won't open, and i'll be forever waiting for other players. If I leave the squad the message will dissapear, but doors won't open in either way, and i'll be trapped between the 2 doors, so that the only option is to abandon the mission and loose all the progress. T.T
