  1. Turrets do not control the laser fences, but it's a two-stage defense system. Once the camera spots you, it activates both any laser fences and turrets in your vicinity.

Newbie tip: Pay VERY close attention when walking through Corpus installations. Sometimes you'll end up with dual cameras, so when you destroy one and think it's safe, you'll run to the door and another camera will troll you and throw a laser fence up in your face. That's painful.

  2. Honestly, there doesn't need to be any restrictions. That's arbitrary. The only restrictions that would be useful would be a secondary code that you set.

It would be good to have, because some games in the EULA forbid the sharing of accounts and all that fun stuff. Shouldn't have to risk your piece just to give a friend and item or platinums.

  3. You do understand this game hasn't even left beta yet... right? When you signed on to TEST this damn thing, oh that's right, you're here to TEST WARFRAME. NOT PLAY IT. When you signed on to TEST Warframe, you signed an EULA, which also, I guarantee it, states somewhere that this isn't indicative of the final product and things are subject to change. Either deal with it, or leave. Welcome to a beta.

  4. People need to stop complaining when they don't get something. Life is NOT fair. Not everyone needs to be treated equally. Deal with it and move on. And the only way you have the right to complain is when you shell out money for this game. If you got a beta key from a site or something, you have A LITTLE right to complain because you are helping test the servers out, but if you actually put money into this piece, for the sake of the argument, you have much more clout when complaining. Some people will get into this for free and still complain because they don't get treated equally. Again, deal with it, life isn't fair. Soon, they'll be complaining about the Excalibur Prime, Skana Prime, and Lato Prime be given out as something you can buy because they didn't shell the money for the product. Heck, why don't they give out access to the Design Council too for a price?

Look up the word EXCLUSIVE. Then you'll understand. It is meant to be given to a select group of people. To EXCLUDE those who weren't apart of that group of people. That is OUR reward for helping them test the game. They could've just said "Balls with this" and not given anyone anything. They could've just released the founder pack with just more platinum than the equivalent amount of money would cost. They could've nixed the Design Council all together, or not even made the Prime versions of stuff. But they did, for us.

Take it as it is, but do NOT complain about something you are being given for free (or very cheap in some cases such as the 1-credit Braton Vandal).

  5. While I wouldn't be opposed to that particular item, it should either sell for a lot of credits or platinum. That's how DE is going to make their money. Adding another currency would be like punching themselves in the face.

Good idea however, just needs a bit of tweaking.

  6. The Tenno don't seem to be people who would taunt their opponents. They're their to kill, and kill only. I don't think they could care less about what people think about them. They were awakened for a reason, and it wasn't a very nice one.

  7. They most certainly should not bring it back. Along with having more damage and a higher RoF, even though the game says it has 25.0 Accuracy, it is most certainly 100 as it is as accurate as a Burston I have noticed and it has 100 accuracy. It is practically a Braton on steroids. Leave it as an exclusive, just like the Excalibur/Skana Prime. Not everyone needs to have access to everything. EA already enjoys handing "exclusives" that you sometimes have to either pay for (beta) or get a ridiculous achievement for, only to release it later to the public either for free, or for money.

    Let us have our shinies.

  8. I wouldn't mind having that as a weapon. I am not a fan of the amount of scythes (or lack there of, actually) in RPGs and melee games alike. They are some pretty wicked weapons.

  9. That doesn't occur to a lot of people. I also wouldn't be surprised if they change the amount of points needed to rank either. Betas tend to have higher caps on that stuff. Battlefield Bad Company 1/2 did it with their unlocks, BF3 did it, wouldn't be surprised if other games did it too.
