Hello, recently my account got banned becaues of a negative platinum balance. I had a weird problem with paypal and they asked for a refund and stuff. Now I bought a steam DLC pack for my account and wondered, since I'm nto able to login to my account how can I redeem the DLC pack. NOTE : I still didn't try to log in-game so I'm just asking if there's actually a problem with that or not.
