[Bugs and Issues with the New Strange Quest [Megathread]]

So ive relogged about 10 times now and this problem isn't being fixed. I've played the New Strange quest up to the point where i have to craft the Chroma Signal in order to progress. I went to my foundry to craft it as I have done with the Scorched Beacon, and it did not show up in the Foundry at all. I don't know why, maybe I'm missing a component or something, but a lot of other people have had this problem as well and I was wondering if anyone could help...
