Honestly it's very hard to get a functional Atterax Riven. Your best chance is something with Combo Duration to replace Drifting Contact. Even then you might miss out on some much needed status and a second or two on Combo but your avg Bleed DPS will improve if you also get something like Slide Crit or Crit dmg.
So this would really only help up until enemies like grineer and corrupted end up with tons of armour, correct? I.E. I can insta-kill a bit longer against the weaker mobs but I won't scale as well in endless missions/against field bosses.

I recently rolled this Atterax riven, but am unsure of whether or not I should fit it into my build as it is. Currently, using this in place of Weeping Wounds, I end up with this:
Is the higher crit multiplier and extra damage worth sacrificing the status from weeping wounds for, should I try replacing something other than weeping wounds, or should I keep rolling before I use this riven? I'd appreciate any advice :)

Hopefully the hotfix helped people stuck in the quest, but it didn't help those that were already finished and were missing a BP.

Hotfix for New Strange a few minutes ago, still no Chroma BP and no option to redo quest. I'll keep checking for a while just to make sure.

Alright, I figured it was a common issue, but decided it'd be worth while to post given they recently put out a hotfix for it. Hopefully they resolve the issue for everyone soon.

Yes, I just completed the quest yesterday. However, prior to yesterday, the quest had completed itself even though I hadn't gone to "Investigate the Source of the Transmission." Simaris and Ordis had their whole conversation that was supposed to be at the end of the questline and it completed, but a few days later I noticed I didn't have the Chroma blueprint once I assembled all the components, so I checked my Codex and the quest both read the next mission I needed to complete and displayed "completed." I carried on with the missions, but the quest was always one item behind. IE I got the beacon when I should've got the mark, got the mark when I should've got the BP. Now that the quest is over, I have this Mark and no BP. Good stuff.

I managed to successfully complete the New Strange despite the bugs I experienced, however, at the end of the quest I have a Chroma Mark in my inventory but no Chroma Blueprint. There is no option for me to complete the final mission again to get the Chroma Blueprint, just the item I should've needed to do the final mission in the first place.
