[Items dissapear from inventory after crafting?]

I am really hyped about building my first Prime Warframe, I collected all required things for Valkyr Prime. After crafting all 3 components and getting them from the foundry, suddenly the Valkyr Prime Systems are missing for some reason.I checked every corner of my inventory, logged in and out - still gone. I have the same issue but with Raplak Prism amp. I crafted it and when I check my inventory I can't find it.
