[Octavia is bugged]

Im having the same bug in my game with over 3 hours trying to get Octavia neuroptics, even going to 40 minutes (What i think is rotation C-2) to try and get them.

This is the third time in warframe that a frame part is randummly generated and still cant get it right. Its like they just got lazy and threw it in a Easter egg hunt to troll the tenno community. Don't get me rong, i love this game its just sucks to get my hopes up and work hard then harder to be completely discouraged from playing in the long run.
