[Stuck in Operator Form during Glast Gambit Index Mission]

While playing the second round of the third Index mission within the Glast Gambit questline my Warframe somehow got stuck in a bleeding out position after taking damage, though my health and shield bars were still visible instead of a bleedout timer. I switched to Operator form while this was going on and the round soon ended. When the next rounded started my Warframe was standing in a single spot and I was unable to transfer back inside of it, and dying would cause me to respawn as the Operator again.

I was playing solo, and lost the mission because of this. It was a sad way for me to lose 140,000 credits...
