  1. Hi Kinperor,

    I looked at #35 and #38, which should be fixed soon.

    #37: I don't recognise the Floor-plan. It's either part of the bigger space on the left of your mini-map, or a separate connector-piece by itself. Can you provide another shot that shows more of the environment? Or maybe describe both the hallway and the bigger space on the left of your mini-map? For instance does it contain any Grineer props, some form of water.. etc. Thanks!

  2. I'm a Layout Artist myself; I decorate the environment. So whenever I have time to spare, I tend to go for what ever I can fix without having to go though other departments. Missalligned/clipping/floating props, holes in the world, getting stuck.. That kind of thing.

     

    Specific Prop-related issues (their collision for example) are a different and more sensitive item, since they're being re-used all over the tileset, or more. So we need to play this through official channels, meaning it takes longer before it's fixed, if at all. Same goes for certain lighting issues.

  3. Overly attached Container box has been located and subtly told it's not working out between us and should therefore stop creeping out of random floors. Give her some time to get over it and in a couple weeks this kind of behavior should stop happening.

     

     

     

     

    p.s.: If you come across this sort of thing more often, you may want to report this in the 'Level Feedback'-section; That's where designers and Layout Artists tend to keep an eye out for feedback on their work. Thanks again!

  4. I took a look at the reports you guys posted. Whenever it says "Can't repro" it looked like someone else already fixed it in the meantime, though I don't know if its online already.

    59 - I can't fix it this way; The rock is actually in a different tile, sticking through the one you took the shot in. I would need to know what that tile is. It's just something to keep in mind next time you find something that looks like it's really not supposed to be in that location; try and locate the tile it could be coming from and also take a shot of that one please.

  6. Thanks for reporting the issue Azure_Kyte, we'll get that location fixed asap!

    I'm glad you mentioned it was the end-tile, the minimap only takes me so far.. For future reference, if possible at all (perhaps by relocating the area during a different match), it would be great if you could also include a screenshot from outside the stuck-area, with a clear view of the environment. This way I can recognise the level faster and see exactly how you managed to get in that specific spot.

    Either way, I'm glad you took the time to come here. Keep it up.

    #42 TBF: Un-tamed platform and sunken containers. - I adjusted the clipping containers, not the wallrunning
    #43 TBC: Wallrun hindrance.
    #44 TBC: Head clipping (x2).
    #45 TBF: Icicle clipping through rock.

    #47 TBF: Clipping issue with rock.

    #49 TBF: Texture hiccup.
    #50 TBF: Minor clipping.

    #19 TBF: Walk-through ice glitch. (Actually I couldn't repro, so maybe someone else fixed it. If this still happens after a while, I'd love to see what's up in a video/gif)

    #22 TBF: I have no idea what happened to those poor tiles
    #23 TBF: Loot containers spawned in rock.

    As always, these changes will not show up immediatly for you. It could take a couple weeks, depending on when the company decides to do a full update. I'm mainly posting this for my colleagues to see what's been worked on and to show you that your time and effort in reporting these issues definitly paid off. Thanks again and keep em coming!

  9. Alright I had some time to look at your reports and below is a list of what's what. As usual, changes will only come in during a game update (which is usually on a Thursday or Friday). If after next week some of these things are still occuring, let me know.

    Fixed:
    TBF: Hovering ice (regular floor)
    TBF: Walk through icicle prop
    TBF: Hovering infestation pods
    TBF: Hitbox blocking way
    TBC: Weird icicles
    TBF: Walk through rock in treasure room
    TBF: Weird fog effect
    TBC: Infestation pod clipping with handrail.
    TBF: Can't shoot through elevator hole.
    TBC: Messed up wallrun column.
    TBF: Player trap.
    TBC: Invisible wall cutting off what should be accessible.
    TBF: Walk through rock.
    TBF: Weird lighting on terrain.
    TBC: Dat as- I mean: Weird pipe/wall/rock juxtaposition.
    TBF: Various hitbox bug. (rock and falling through fence)
    TBF: Invisible ceiling which is visible and walkable from above.
    TBC: Off-limit loot.

    Unable to repro:
    TBF: Walk through icicle prop <- I don't have any of the ice-clipping issues, I removed some though just to be sure.
    TBF: Weird hitbox for ice formation
    TBF: Walk through rock.
    TBC: Smoke going through bridge. <- Not sure if this got changed already, but when I looked, there was no pit under any of the catwalks.
    TBF: Walk through ice wall <- I didnt get any of these ice issues myself so it -might- be fixed by someone else. Let me know if you still notice anything with the ice and I'll look at it again..

    Unclear:
    TBC: Clip-through... things on rail? <- The containers hang under the rails and the clippy things are above, it looks like its working fine to me, please let me know if I misunderstood.
    TBF: Three head devouring walls. <- I asume in the first shot you're pointing to the UV-stretching.. The other 2 shots I'm not sure what's going on.

    Unable to locate:
    TBF: Hovering ice in air vent
    And some green squares, yaaaaay positivity. Yaay. Okay it's just two, but still.  <- Was I supposed to see screenshots with this?
