Welp nvm thhen it is startrer plat, what a stupid rule

[Problem Regarding Plat Transfers through trading]

So today im playing warfame and i need a Paris prime string for the blueprint. So i start looking and i find someone selling 5 plat so we get into the trading thing and it says i have 0 plat! I have 15 plat and I have made sure by going to the warframe website So im now very confused on why i cannot trade plat for the string, I have tried restarting btw. Some help would be nice
