[How to make twitch drops work]

Hey,

so I watched TacticalPotato's stream in order to earn the Fortuna Twitch Drops. I watched the stream for 1 hour and some. Since i didn't have my PS4 at the time, I couldn't check to see if I got it. However, when i log in, i see that I didn't earn anything. I was watching a hosted stream, btw.

I know this should rather go in the Bug reporting forums, but it isn't letting me post anything in it 

[Not receiving Index Rewards]

Today, i played Index for a bit, trying to get credits to rank up my primed mods. I layed low risk once, and medium risk twice. I won the low risk, but i wasn't payed. Weirdly enough, money also wasn't deducted from my account. Because low wasn't working, I decided to play med. risk, and I lost the first round, deducting me the respective 40k credits. Second time I play, win 25-9, and still don't get payed. This is extremely frustrating, since the index can be one of the fastest ways to earn credits. It really sucks. If the bug isn't fixed, coul I at least get my pay?

[Winter Solstice Salix Syandana Bug]

I recently watched the Game awards on Twitch with my prime account for about 1 hour, hoping to get the Winter Solstice Salix Syandana. I would have checked my Inbox on Saturday to see if it arrived, but I was out of town and had no way of accessing my account. I just now logged in my account, and found out that my syandana hadn't arrived. I checked if some other people had similar problems, and found out that other people in this thread:

are having the same problem. Is there any way I can claim my Syandana? And does watching the stream on my phone have anything to do with it? Thank you!
