I submitted a support ticket a while back, and this was the reply I got.

I think this would be an amazing feature!
I've had similar issues with my energy pancakes, ore refining (from Plains), Derelect keys, Forma, etc.
Please look into this, DE. ☺️ -
I found another bug with the Ki'Teer Sekhara. For whatever reason, while in the Observatory of my Dojo, the Ki'Teer sigil didn't appear.
I'm assuming this might have something to do with the fog lighting? Although, I think I took that out. -
As seen in the image below, the Ki'Teer Sekhara is bugged on the figurines.
They aren't copying the Warframe's energy color and instead are displaying as typical Ki'Teer colors. This contrasts with the matching colors in Arsenal.
In addition, they're become misplaced.
I just noticed it as I was moving the figurines, but they hadn't been changed in a few weeks. I'm not sure how long it's been a bug. -
@Kryshok
I always play on lowest possible graphics!

I found a solution. Even if it's temporary, it worked.
Try using "Fast Travel" to the Quills, use Transference before you move, and looking down at the floor as you enter.

Unfortunately, my desktop is a 2-in-1 set-up. So, it's a monitor and computer in one. I am not familiar with how to do any kind of upgrades to it, and I'm basically broke. I can't afford to spare money on upgrading extra parts if it'll cost me for the parts, and/or the service to install them...

For whatever reason, I always crash when nearing the Quills' door in Cetus.
I have tried many, many different options.
I've tried verifying and optimizing my cache several times.
I've tried enabling higher DirectX options, and running with my default DirectX 9. (My game, otherwise, won't load on anything higher.)
I've tried doing it with the window as small as possible, with the lowest settings possible.
I've walked through all of Cetus with my camera pointed directly at the floor, with my max frame rate capped at 30 to reduce lag and memory use.Regardless of where I load in from (Orbiter ---> Cetus // Plains ---> Cetus), or my settings, I always crash. This has been happening for over a month or so now, and has prevented me from progressing my standing with the Quills, and getting a better Amp.
Funny thing is, I can run the Plains absolutely fine. It doesn't take me long to load into the Plains when I directly queue into it. And, the load time exiting the Plains isn't even that bad. So, why my computer can handle the graphics and expanse of the Plains, but not the Quills' office is beyond me.
I've never had issues with using my Operator, either. It's never caused me any kind of lag, or anything.
My computer has a whole 8GB of RAM, and 1TB hard-drive.
All of my drivers are up to date; they were checked. -

"Keep Building" option for things like Ciphers, Forma, etc

Seems to happen all the time. But, even if people do screw up with it, it's a learning process.
Sure, you lose materials. In the end, though, you learn to take your time and fully observe what you're trying to build before clicking the button.
