  1. Some of my own thoughts on how to rework Chroma. A bit too ambitious but here goes nothing:

    1. Passive: Holding all his abilities now changes the respective element of the ability. (This would help players become more dynamic instead of just ice chroma.)
    2. Elemental Ward: Integrate the augment into the base ability. The range of the elemental effects should either be unaffected by range mods or should have a minimum threshold.
      Damage from the elements should be looked at, it would help greatly if the electric damage multiplier was increased and chained for more damage.
      New augment Explosive Ward: All damage taken during the duration of the ward is stored and explodes into the chosen element at the end of the duration with 100% proc. 
    3. Vex Armor: Instead of making it multiplicative, increase the base multipliers greatly. Vexing Retaliation: Taking health damage now causes a Slash proc.
    4. Swap Spectral Scream and Effigy:

      a)  Effigy (now his 1st ability): now does not reduce his health and armor, as well as removing his increased movement speed. The effigy is now duration based instead. The augment works l
      like Octavia's augment, recasting it will move the effigy to required location damaging everything in its path while costing extra energy, refreshing the duration.

      b) Spectral Scream (now his 4th ability): Completely reworked. Chroma unleashes a giant element scream into the air which spreads around him and causes an elemental effect to the surroundings. 

      Fire: burns the ground enemies coming in contact with it burn, causing them to run around(low dot, fear cc).
      Ice: does initial damage and freezes mobs for a low duration.
      Electric: stuns all mobs in the effect for a short time, while taking low, arcing damage for the duration.
      Toxin: Summons Toxic clouds in the area of effect. Enemies affected by toxin will also be blinded/have lower fire rate. 

    The way I imagine his new 4th is, him screaming with his mouth facing upwards, the chosen element color effect shooting up, causing the various effects either around him or in a wide cone in front of him(like oberon).

  2. I think her tribute buffs should be changed, giving status, cc, health steal, etc. I think her ragdoll skills should be changed so it only moves around on the ground. For her razorwing, it should have a built-in vacuum.

    Also maybe they can make it a bit like Mesa's passive so that equipping just the secondary, gives her more damage on dex pixia, and just melee gives her more damage for Diwata.

    Diwata specifically should also be looked at, she is squishy and as many have said she relies on mobility, Diwata kind of defeats that purpose and makes it completely useless, no one ever uses it. Maybe equipping the diwata could give her some sort of survivability.

     

    Edit: A suggestion came to my mind regarding Diwata. Remove the who target locking bs, and add an energy effect to the weapon, basically when you swing the weapon, a ridiculously wide but stationary(unlike excal) energy appears from the trajectory of the tip, damaging everything that got hit by it. Basically, give the weapon a lot of range, but use energy color for the visuals instead of making the weapon longer. A weird way to imagine this is, think someone added a lightsaber at the end of the Diwata. This way she can actually use it to done lots of damage without compromising her mobility with the target locking, while also not making it a copy of exalted blade.

    So I was thinking of new weapons called Mythic Weapons could work. Not only are they powerful but they also evolve(Evolvable Weapons was created by someone else.) 

    1.) What are Mythic Weapons?

    Mythic Weapons are lost weapons that were made to finally wipeout the Sentients. However the Orokin Empire fell before they could be put to use. Over the centuries their power have dwindled and must be restored

    2.) How to acquire?

    Well I was thinking the actually base blueprint should be obtained from a special vendor, a descendant of the orokin scientist who played a part in the weapons creation who wants the to aid the tenno. You acquire standing with this Vendor by killing High lvl enemies . You then buy the Unrestored weapon. (I was thinking the starting stats of the weapon shouldnt be anything special).

    I know DE has to make money so the base weapon is purchasble with plat. But you cant buy higher tiered versions of it.

    3.) How to evolve?

    So this Restoration system is a combination of the Kingpin System, Artifact Restoration system from Neverwinter. 

           By killing high ranking Enemies you acquire a variant core. Each time you kill a the target it becomes more powerful(Health, AI intelligence, Attack Variation, Immunity, Ability Suppression, etc). This is to prevent a vet from cheesing this system by killing high ranking targets.

    To give a clear representation, I shall now write a scenario. 

    I farmed enough standing to buy the base, Tralyut Pistol. I then use the Kingpin system to track and kill Tralyut, the Tyrant King(General). Each kill drops a Tralyut Core. You then proceed to use the cores to restore/upgrade the Tralyut Pistol

    4.) Tiers

    So their are 5 tiers(0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 stars/ or I could make up names for the tier.)

    Universally each Weapon require the same number cores to upgrade.

    Subject to Change

    0 to 1 = 3 cores

    1 to 2 = 5 cores

    3 to 4 = 8 cores

    4 to 5 = 11 cores

    Tiers 1 - 3 only does stat increase

    Tiers 4 - 5 increases stats and and gains a mythic ability  has. Also from tier 4 - 5 the strength of the ability increases.

    Tier 5 gains a specific visual aura surrounding it.

    5.) Aesthetic/ Appearence

    Each physical weapon has features similiar to Divine Weapons, or Demonic ones.. 

    I love the weapon designs of Warframe but i imagined these weapons looking similiar to something like The Whisper of the Worm sniper from Destiny 2. 

    Also for each upgrade, improves the Appearence of the weapon like the Evolvable Skins from Fortnite.

     

     

    This is actually a really good idea for post MR30. On reaching MR 30, all affinity gained can be utilized along with these cores to upgrade the weapons. The only concern I have is power creep imo.

  4. Translated and interpreted from google: 

    Please remove/reduce  terrain crash damage from Titania Laser Wing . 

    Laser Wing Blitz Modification mode increases the movement speed , making it difficult to control it in detail.

    I applied the arc wing method in the first place, and realized that it was difficult to control the melee attack and put the automatic lock-on melee system. 

    But if you attack using it, you hit a wall and  die. The melee attack is sealed (no idea what is meant here, maybe melle attack is useless?).

    Please improve. 

  5. Metronome - Oscillator: Metronome can now be placed on the ground. Like Resonating Quake.

    Amp - Faithful Amp: Amp is now always centered on Octavia

    I know we already got one for resonator but here's a suggestion just for Lols:

    Resonator - Magnetic Resonator: Picks up Mallet, Metronome and Amp and roams around, cz why not?

  6. Similar to how we have exalted weapon modding for warframes, I suggest we have similar modding for Khora's Whip, Chroma's Scream(Like ignis), Nezha's Chakram as thrown melle, Atlas' Landslide(Gauntless), Nyx's Psyic Bolt's as thrown melee or shurikens,

    Sure thats useful that they just hang there but come on the spears are made out of fire. They should still do a slight percentage of DOT as that just makes sense (that least in my opinion). Also I'd like to know how you use the second as I haven't found any use for it as yes it heals but just use his 3rd and if that wears off then you recast or by that time your dead cause he's next to no survivability.To me the damage is alright for 30's and under but everything up it's useless against in my experience. Don't get me wrong I love Nezha, he's my most used frame, but as Dhrekr said the teleport is unreliable and the heal is ineffective to me at least.

    I think if you use the augment mod, it helps, as it goes through multiple enemies.
