To the best of my knowledge, DE isn't a huge company that can devote a ton of manpower to stuff like this, and from the looks of things this turned out to be a much bigger bug than even we probably know. You can't just change things without testing what effects they might have on the rest of the game, THAT'S HOW YOU GET MORE BUGS.
TLDR; they know about it, they are doing something about it, you complaining more isn't going to make it go faster. If they didn't know or weren't doing something about it, then continually complaining might get us somewhere.They are doing hotfix now

Same here, tried different timings to see if that would affect it at all, but no matter at what times I threw the explosives into the conveyors, nothing happened. I tried everything from it barely going thro the force field, at which I could actually hear the small explosion, to throwing it in as fast as possible. Even killing the raptor inside the tube that it rises from made no difference, the object icon is seen just falling down to like 13m. I did once in about 5 tries see the first tube explode and got the object count to 1/3, but even on that run non of the other tubes were blowing up.
It's rather annoying that the progression is now on hold thro to saturn until there's a fix.
Yea, was trying to progress and then had to stop on my way because of this basically don't want to play now.

Well, I was doing The Second Dream and all was well until I got to save the moon I found that the eye was taking a long time to destroy the pillars but in fact he cannot destroy them at all. Restarted my warframe and asked someone to come with me that has done it before and even still you cannot kill the pillars so the second dream quest is atm not able to be completed. Please help. Thank you
Couldn't use any abilities for an entire game of sanctuary.

I joined into a elite sanctuary and when I joined they were already going into the first portal so I joined straight into it making it so that I couldn't use any abilities. It isn't a huge deal or game breaking but was a bit annoying.
