  1. Would the oval size and/or the inner oval be affected by power range (or duration) ?

    Inner oval size increase with power range would be a good idea here. The outer one should already cover most of the screen making it larger would put it off the screen.

    Well you wouldn't be able to automatically shoot things behind you unless they hit you with Shatter Shield active. So while this should functionally be a buff it would require more work from your aim to kill everything. Especially things trying to shoot the pod over you/hitting a frost bubble and not you.

  3. Mesa's Peacemaker in it's current state can continuously kill every non-nullifier enemy in Defense and Interception up to a fairly high level. Regardless of if this is over powered or not as you get to higher end content, it is a likely candidate for a rework from DE based on how little interaction can go on for 20 waves/ 4 rounds or further. Let me repeat that I do not think Peacemaker is too strong in it's current state, just that it's current design makes it a likely candidate for a rework.

     

    So here is my idea for a new Peacemaker.

     

    Peacemaker Remains a toggle cast, but no longer has any movement penalty. On cast Mesa draws her two Regulator pistols and two concentric ovals appear onscreen the first larger oval covering most of the screen the second smaller oval covering a small portion near the center. When pressing the fire button Mesa automatically shoot the enemy closest to the center of the oval moving outwards as those enemies die. If the enemy closest to the center is also in the smaller oval mesa shoots at the enemy's weak point with some added bonus(100% crit/auto slash proc/something else?). if no enemies are present in either oval Mesa shoots the center of the screen. This state can be toggled off at any time by pressing the ability button again or the weapon swap key. 

     

    Others have suggested that if Mesa gets a rework that lets her just use the Regulators they should scale with secondary mods. This would improve late game scaling but make the base ability weaker. That could also be applied on top of this idea.

     

    New Shatter Shield interaction. When Shatter Shield and Peacemaker are active at the same time Mesa hold's her left hand Regulator at the ready(no effect on peacemakers primary fire rate or damage). When damaged in addition to the reflected damage mesa shoots her aggressor with her left hand Regulator, this shot has infinite punch through (will always hit the target even if they have since moved behind cover). Effect has an internal cooldown equal to Peacemakers fire rate.

     

    Additional Ballistic Battery idea/augment releasing Ballistic Battery (during Peacemaker?) causes it to ricochet to x nearby targets.

     

    I would love to hear what some people think of this.

     

     

     

  4. It takes longer to put 3 shells in the current Strun Wraith than to reload all 8 of the old one. There is no excuse for how bad that is any time the gun empty. The dam Sobek has a 4 second reload for 20 shots and does 100 more damage per shot the the Strun Wraith. you can't even call it a status weapon since a status weapon lives by its fire rate which is being murdered by this reload time.

     

    An event weapon that is on par with the starter gear strun is silly.

  5. Kohm isn't listed in the patch notes as an exception?

     

    Several changes have been made to shotgun weapons across the board -- resulting in a list of changes similar from weapon to weapon.  The following list of changes apply to all Primary Shotguns with exception to the Phage:
