Where was the announcement from DE saying that people making harmless jokes in region chat would be banned from #*!%ing typing(everywhere, not just region chat)? I never got that memo. Cant trade, coordinate with squadmates, or converse with fellow Gaymers because of a joke lmao. Meanwhile a guy Drops several Hard R's because I left him out of the elevator during a kuva flood and he just gets to go on about his day? XD Justice!!!!!

My chat has not loaded for three days now. Just a blue circle that spins constantly. I've read some post about this (from @(*()$ 2014) saying that it took days if not weeks for their chat to work again. How is this still a thing 3 years later? I'm gonna kill myself if I don't get some human interaction. Please help................
