    I totally agree with you and I would like to get one on my own. I already bought a prime access in August. Next purchase I will only do with a 75% discount. If I get a discount I would spend 50 bugs, if not I wouldn't! And I think I am not the only one.

    Right now, DE did so many giveaways. Give away some 75% discount could also be a good thing. IMO asking for it is not so bad... 

    Is there any other way to get a 75% discount?

    I am desperately in need of a 75% discount. I don't need any twitch drops or "plat" giveaways. Just the discount to buy some platinum to improve my game experience. The game is so much fun but right now I only log in to see if I get a discount. I would like to get some skins, colors and other stuff from the market. I already bought some platinum when I started in September with Oberon prime access. But I used it for the wrong things.

    DE is so generous with giveaways that I thought eventually there is another way to get the 75% discount.

    P.S.: today I got a 20% discount (again) and I swear there was a tear in my eye. Stopped playing and watch twitch... waiting for tomorrow. *sadface*

    No Bug. Sorry. DE think your platinum is not legit or you have a payment problem (with paypal for example). So they took it away. To play again you have to buy regular Platinum from the shop (to get positive platinum) or contact the support when you did nothing wrong.
