The bolded part is not stated directly. Wish there was more clarity on whether they will fix it at some point, especially if it is a difficult fix...

clarification
So if I designate my LR3 PlayStation account as my primary account and use it to play on PC via Steam, I should be LR3 with all my stuff as-is and don't have to re-level my Mastery Rank, right? So I should just link and not merge?
