We have a topic about it man, but until now no answer from DE. We can't do advanced melee anymore since this hotfix.
Very disapointed.
I was worried it would last till Wednesday, and it has. :/

thanks for fixing the melee key binding problem
i stopped playing because of that issue after melee 2.0 was released
now i can play normally again
the downside is my friends wont see me much anymore
They haven't fixed it for controllers.

are u gonna do something about the controller button configureration for the melee atks?
I don't even think they're working right now, have to wait till tomorrow. :/

Yeah about the hotfix: Can't Melee On Controller.
PS: Please don't make us wait till Wednesday for this fix.

I do believe they began giving melee weapons like the Plasma and Dark swords elemental properties in order to solve the fact there are a bunch of swords. However since charge attacks don't exist anymore, jump attacks and the combo for Iron Phoenix seem do Radiation damage and procing.

If you're running the 64 bit version try updating the 32 bit one, it might work and you'd be able to play. Thats kinda what support told me before but my downloads have been real slow lately too
I've BEEN trying to update the 32 bit version, but it just stays frozen.

When I saw 13.0.7.1 was out I started up the launcher; and it was stuck at "Checking for new content". After letting it run for a few minutes the launcher then closed, and now I can't play. :/
