Same issue seems to be happening to me as well.

So, I was playing with my brother. I hosted, and we did 15 minutes of survival. Upon extraction, the rewards screen showed that his frost prime ranked up from rank 22 to rank 28. When he checked his arsenal, his frost was only rank 22. Last mission results did not reflect the mission we did together, but the mission before that instead. We did the survival mission again, same thing. We switched hosts and tried again. This time, I took my unranked nidus into the mission. We completed 15 minutes, and the rewards screen showed that my nidus went from rank 0 to rank 30. I went to check my arsenal afterwards, and as I suspected, my nidus was still unranked. There seems to be a problem with the saving of progression for the person who isn't the host. This didn't happen before despite the exact same setup, so I'm assuming somthing went wrong software-wise. Please help soon. Having one guy not get any rewards sucks.
Edit: I tried playing again last night, and it was working fine for me. However, the following afternoon, gmt 5:50am(I live at gmt +8) it's not saving again. I suspect that this problem occurs when there is heavy server load due to many players logging in elsewhere. Please fix this soon, DE.

Looks great, can't wait for Nidus.
The corrupted nullifier's bubble seems to have disappeared though, might want to fix that. Thanks!

This happened when I used Razorfly when getting hit by a bursa's flash bomb. I think the flinching got interrupted, which caused the white screen to stick until death. /Unstuck didn't help, but respawning did. Pls fix. My eyes are burnt to a crisp now.

20 minutes, 400 cryotic... kinda annoying.
I think there has to be a time-based power carrier spawn on top of the regular spawning mechanic.
Say for example, 1 power carrier per minute + the regular spawns.
This way, the mission continues for sure as opposed of the current situation wherein all that spawns at any given moment is a lone lancer.

This thing happens sometimes when a cypher puzzle is completed. Not sure how to replicate it, but it is definitely linked with the sypher puzzles. It doesn't look to bad from the pic, but it makes the game practically unplayable. (unless you can invi)

I was scanning around using the synthesis scanner, when I got surrounded by infested. I used excal's 4th skill while equipping the scanner, and I found myself unable to melee. I tried keeping the scanner away, but I wasn't able to melee for the rest of the mission.

After searching for days, we found out the source of the strange smell among the weapons shipments...

It seems you have to be the host for things to work properly. I'm experiencing the same issue right now. It's annoying, as I can't even do the daily sortie.
