We're sorry for the confusion! The quest requirement description for the quest "Saya's Vigil" is incorrect and will be fixed on succeeding updates.
As for skipping the Vor's Prize Questline, unfortunately, skipped quests cannot be unlocked and played later.
This, however, will not affect your progression with Saya's Quest as you will only need to do Konzu's bounty at least once to unlock the node and/or Saya's Vigil.

I just say Primed Chamber is the same thing... over time it gets more expensive.
If every jerk like me would sell this item for ~1500p this item would worth that price.
wftrading is outdated it cannot track items worth that cannot be acquired anymore.

As someone earlier stated, the time on the event is a deadline, not a promise that there will be 6 full days of the event. Yes people entered late, some because they couldnt play due to real life, and others because they found out that there was a reward (which suddenly piques their interest, because if there isnt a reward they shouldn't do it). Does that make it DE's fault? No. It's not poor design and implementation. Poor design and implementation would be capping progress in order to wait for people to be able to play. An event is just that, an event. If you miss it, you miss it. Three mods is really, and this may shock you, not a big deal. You aren't suddenly going to have a terrible game experience without them. I trust that you know this, but are too mad that you aren't getting a reward to realize that complaining about it is senseless.
This writing = I am got my mods and others are loosers...
It would have been an option to capture more scouts till more 3 days even we had enough to locate phobos .... lol
