[Miter has noticeable "dead zone" at close range previous not there]

So I was using my Miter today and was having a oddly hard time killing things, which is odd considering I use Vauban and I am shooting at stationary targets caught in my Bastille.

After some testing there seems to be a dead zone at close range that didn't exist before, where I can be point dead on at a target, fire, and the round kinda goes through them doing no damage at all. 
The targets "flinch" as if they were hit, and I assume the only reason the "round" goes through them is because at full charge the Miter blades have innate punch through.

But on a fully levelled, potato'd, forma'd, max status chance Miter, on Uranus...no enemy should be taking ZERO damage. 

NOTE: My tests included shooting enemies NOT in Bastille, and they were taking zero damage at close-ish range as well.

[Some Hidden Transmissions on Fragments are unaccessible]

On my Earth Fragment, Phobos Fragment and Gara the Glass Warrior Fragment, I cannot reach the transmissions from Odris or Onnko, as they appear to have "spawned" offscreen. 

The worst case is the Phobos Fragment, as the noise doesn't even START until my cursor is in the bottom right corner of the image, and it gets louder moving further in that direction until my mouse
hits the edge of my screen. 

I asked for help on the reddit and another user gave this annecdote:

"From what I experimented, it's a combination of resolution and monitor issue. The secret spots don't adjust to every display setting. I had to plug in my huge smart TV and mess around with the resolution to get some audio logs. DE really needs to know about this issue.shrugs"

I don't have the luxury of taking my PC and connecting it to a giant super monitor to go listen to this transmissions.

I'd personally recommend having the secret spots actually fixed to a point, instead of apparently been random? Cause when I looked up on youtube to try and fix the issue myself, each person found the secret spots in different places on the same images.

A higher level planet basically means less people going there, kinda counter productive no ?

 You'd think that, but if they make it higher level, they usually would tweak the rewards to match the difficulty. As it stands Phobos has no one on it cause its annoyingly hard for what...Rubedo? And the boss gives the Mitre...whoopie

Anyhow my phobos has become a place for nightmare mode :)

I've managed to solo up to Todd which is the rescue mission right before the double bosses. It just takes way to many goes to do a single mission for a 43-46 rating mission. I mean I can solo the boss mission on Sedna and thats a 56-60 + a boss and I don't die ever. They either need to nerf the spawns on this map, or change phobos to a higher level planet.

Eviscerators? No thanks... though I guess that Scorchers have become just as bad...

The Eviscerators are so OP == You can only take them on from long range cause if your close, ALL their blades hit you and destroy you in milliseconds. THIS IS MEANT TO BE A MEDIUM TO LOWER END PLANET DX

really your lucky... I can't find anyone to help me reach Raptor...

I haven't touched raptor since it's release when I farmed Nova. But when I did do it, at least I occasionally got a team, like once every 6 runs or something. But I got teams throughout the whole planet. Phobos not a single mission have I had. It took me legit 20 attempts to do the survial mission.

The maps are bigger than normal and the monsters are harder than normal. The map doesn't give more than normal maps so its just isn't worth it.

I know, I mean I got my really high level frame in there, and if I get caught out of position once I get litterally shreaded == It's just annoying not even ONE person gets paired with me. I can't be the ONLY one playing it

Pretty much the title. I can go to ANY planet except phobos and usually I get placed with a squad in a mission or I have people joining me later on. But I have gone through 90% of Phobos without a single person joining, or me joining anyone else. It's such a pain in the &#! cause Helions are A******s == Is it just me getting the cold shoulder there?

Yeah as people have mentioned the Raptor isn't teleporting, its just not dropping. So far from 200 runs I've gotten 1 nova bp for systems and then about..10 or so mods the whole time. Majority of the time it just explodes leaving nothing at all, no resources mods or bp. And I had a whole team of people with Theifs wit running around the area looking for stuff, nothing. The teleport would be a good idea too actually. Like when killed the Raptors drops appear in the bunker in the middle or something, instead of you having a small chance of it bouncing off somewhere inaccessible.

I am also getting the Mars mission bug. The game just goes black and I can move my mouse around but essentially can't do anything. I have to quit out of the game and restart.
