Both radars (enemy & item) are have very limited range vertically. You need to make a habit of jumping up in all the rooms that may have stuff above you and dropping down in all the rooms where that is possible.

Tumors and caches have very limited and repeating spots, after a while you just learn all the positions.

I know where everything is. I am talking about situations where I will go into a room and the cache is literally in my face and I am on the same horizontal plane as it, and it's not showing up on the loot radar.

See here: Figure 1: I unfortunately panicked from the infested and didn't hop onto the crate, but this is a cache that will pick up on loot radar from the floor, with an up arrow. As you can see, loot radar is not picking up the cache. You may wonder why this is such a big deal, given that I can just see the cache with my eyes. But, consider Figure 2. It is me looking at a different instance of the same tile, from outside, with loot radar. The doorway type and the arrangement of the loot reveal the tile type, and the fact that there are three loot containers in the front left corner of the room reveal that it is a cache, since only two non-cache loot containers spawn in that corner. For that matter, if I were on the same horizontal plane, there would be an up arrow by the cache, but because I'm uphill from it and flying through the air as Titania in that screenshot, it doesn't display in this case. This is an invaluable method to see what's in rooms without looking into them, saving time. If I were to get this bug on the instance in figure 2, like I did in figure 1, I would have just skipped the room and missed the cache, much like I did in the run in figure 1. I hope this helps explain the situation and why it's bad.2uSrDD5.jpeg

  2. Variously and randomly in Hive Sabotage, individual caches will not show up on Loot Radar even if I am standing right in front of them with very large amounts of loot radar. Individual tumors will not show up on the enemy radar. And, sometimes, the red ring that shows the general area of the tumors will not show up. This is very disruptive; I use large loot radar radius to effectively "look down" hallways to find caches, so I miss caches all the time now. And, when both the red ring and some of the tumors are missing from the same room, it makes it very hard to find tumors and I just have to throw explosives around the room until something blows up. I cannot find a particular trigger for this, and if it favors particular tumors, red rings, and caches, I haven't figured that out yet.

  3. I really find myself enjoying being tested in my parkour, enemy clearing, and shield gating interference in Netracells, and the similar  test in the Abyssal Zone exterminate. I also love the challenge of Duviri's random frames and weapons, and love the idea of getting some kind of reward for adhering to random builds in the upcoming super-weekly. That's the thing though - netracells and the upcoming weekly are weeklies, and Abyssal Zone is similarly limited (I know I could pay platinum to trade for more of the mission keys, but if I wanted to play a game with "energy" in it, I wouldn't be on Warframe). I also understand that the rewards of these three missions are limited and special. It would be cool to do something with them like what was done with Duviri Circuit, where you could keep going for some kind of reward - though Duviri Circuit unlimited was blatantly a letdown from the weekly rewards, maybe make the rewards of the unlimited so "apples and oranges" that it doesn't feel so inferior to keep going? I don't know, I just love a challenge but would also like a reward to keep doing it and motivate myself to build my account in such a manner to do the missions as quickly as possible, a factor that becomes more of a thing when I'm doing the missions many times over.

  4. I've been playing around in Vodyanoi again, and I see that people are still bringing regular Kohm's to it, presumably to maximize the chances of a Slash proc for the local Nekros's desecrate. Recently, I read on the warframe wiki that Cold Damage will also break enemies in half, resulting in two "bodies" for Nekros's Desecrate, just like Slash. I just want to make sure I understand this properly: if I bring a Cold Kuva Kohm to Vodyanoi (or anywhere else) with no additional elemental damage, will it cut bodies with similar effectiveness to a pure IPS Sweeping Serration Kohm? I would rather learn it from fellow Tenno before I do something like commit to farming a Cold Kuva Kohm only for it to not work the way I want it to.

  5. So, Titania's Razorwing gives her 50% evasion bonus. And her Dust tribute gives her 50% evasion bonus. Titania surely doesn't gain damage immunity from this combination. I've tried looking up how these two interact to no avail, and it is hard for me to tell just from playing, how it works. Does only one of them apply? Does the enemy get two 50% miss chances, for an effective 75% miss chance? Or is it something else?

  6. Railjack has been out for a month, and I still have no idea where umbra formas come from. I heard it was rare containers; well I found a Grineer rare container in Veil Proxima and it didn't have Umbra Forma. Then word on the street was that it was sentient rare containers. However, Gaz TTV has filmed himself opening a red sentient container and finding a captura scene, no umbra forma. Fandom wiki says it's reinforced containers, and now and then someone says it's in the derelict.

If you've found an umbra forma, I would humbly ask you to share your story here, in an attempt to sort out this mess. The umbra forma hunt is by far the most tantalizing thing about Railjack to me, and I hope we soon zero in on what we have to do to get this legendary item!

  7. Sometimes, when I do Naeglar Hive Sabotage, my Hikou will start firing and won't stop. Since I run Concealed Explosives on it, this has catastrophic effects, as seen below:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IcKRTLqlB80
In this video, I start typing while it's firing, which shouldn't be possible. This has even happened while selecting relic rewards in Axi Fissure Naeglar.
This has never happened with any other weapon, and any other circumstance. I don't use the Hikou anywhere else, and the way I use weapons and generally move around in Naeglar is very different from how I act in any other mission. So, Idk if it's something in Naeglar per se or something about my specific movements.

  8. TLDR; should we invest in rivens for the New Epic Weapon du jour if the riven's just going to be nerfed later?

First, I would like to make the following observations:

    1. The Fulmin was released with 1.0 riven disposition, despite being an overwhelmingly powerful weapon to begin with.
    2. Things that aren't the Fulmin kept getting their rivens nerfed while the Fulmin riven itself wasn't impacted. Notably, the Catchmoon riven kept getting nerfed even though the riven'ed Fulmin was superior: prior to the most recent nerf, my +Damage/+CC/- Zoom Fulmin Riven easily outdamaged my + damage/+CC/+CD/+ recoil Catchmoon Riven.
    3. This recent Riven change is the first one since the Acceltra came out, and is the first one where the Fulmin Riven got nerfed.
    4. The Acceltra is overwhelming (from what I've heard, anyway, I haven't done much with it) and it has a Riven Disposition of 1.0.

Thus, it at least appears that the pattern is to keep the hype new epic weapon at a 1.0 riven disposition, until a successor comes along, and the older epic weapon gets a riven nerf in order to make room in the spotlight.

The point is, if this pattern is deliberate and should continue, I am not sure what to do about the epic weapon riven du jour. You either have to get lucky with your rolls (My catchmoon riven was bought as junk and rolled, and the Fulmin riven is purely my creation), or dump an incredible amount of platinum on a worthy riven. The question is, is the time investment even worth it, if these weapons' rivens will deteriorate to make room for the next big thing? What do you think?

  9. I have noticed that Carpo, the Extermination mission on Jupiter, has resource caches. I might be in a minority here, but I like caches as a concept. They make you familiarize yourself with and appreciate the tileset, especially since the fixed cache locations help you distinguish between main rooms and adjacent hallways and dead ends. You all clearly worked hard on the gas city tileset to make it a big parkour heaven, but I'm still zipping through the tileset to get the mission objective done ASAP. Caches are therefore a good way to showcase the good work you've done, for more utilitarian players who don't tend to wander around tilesets on their own volition.

However, I was disheartened when I saw the reward table for these caches. It's the same stuff as anywhere else - very low chance for nitain and xiphos parts, and otherwise nothing really worth going out of your way to learning the caches for. I wish there was something more, especially with the heap of new resources and mods that came with Jovian Concord.

I realize that Naeglar Hive Sabotage is a counterexample to my argument - High Voltage and Shell Shock are powerful mods that are great for selling, but still nobody does the mission. However, this is also influenced by the low skill floor of the hive objective, as well as difficulty with navigating the Infested Corpus tileset. The gas city tileset is much more user-friendly than Infested Corpus, so I think we should give resource caches more oomph in Carpo.

In a normal Kela de Thaym assassination mission today, Kela was invulnerable to damage in the 3rd round with her (i.e. after two bombardment minigames). I left the mission after I realized what was going on, but a little while after I left, my squadmate messaged me and said that Kela became vulnerable again and was able to be killed. I have no idea whether my leaving (I was not the host), or some other factor, led to the return in her vulnerability, as I wasn't there to see it.

Kela appears to have no health here, but she wasn't taking damage to begin with; she has the hollowed out health bar of any other invulnerable unit. I can't think of anything weird that happened during our assassination attempt that could have caused this. On subsequent Kela attempts, I did not have this problem.

  11. Today in Selkie, there was a Corpus Siege invasion. I brought my Stradavar Prime to an interception mission, on the Corpus side. During this interception, while the auto fire worked fine, the semi fire didn't damage most (but not all) of the Grineer I was shooting at. Around the end of the mission, I noticed that my crosshair was turning blue when aiming at these grineer, as it would if I were aiming at a friendly unit. I have not been able to replicate this glitch anywhere else, including subsequent playthroughs of the same mission.

  12. As Titania in the indoor Index map, now and then when I'd turn points in while in Razorwing, I'd spawn inside objects. Usually, I'd be able to extricate myself eventually, but one time I didn't. I ended up falling through space, infinitely. There was no way back. Unstuck failed. I seemed to be going in an eternal loop, spawning above this golden object that seemed to have my whole team in it. But even when I tried to fly into it, all I got was some Corpus Gas Planet-ish gas and machinery. No way to access my team. This continued for over a full round of High Index. My fall speed sped up tremendously over time. When I talked my team into extracting for my sake, Titania reappeared in the arena during the mission results screen.

  13. Hi, I've been having the following problem in Low Index on the indoor map, using Limbo:

Enemy brokers that die in stasis in the rift will sometimes not drop their index points. This only happens when the enemies are either on top of the Tenno "base" or in the nearby corner where the ammo spawns. Here is a video of every time this occurred during 45 minutes out of the same Index run:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lnOJqxHjIms&feature=youtu.be

I've included the whole footage of each kill so that you can look for patterns. This has happened ever since I started using Limbo in the Index a few days ago. But at least in this instance, the one pattern I can see is that several brokers (undisguised Jen Dro, Derim Zahn, Lockjaw & Sol, Rana Del) do the vast majority of the missing points.

I'm not sure whether or not this happens in the outdoor level; it certainly seems to be the case that enemies will sometimes not drop points, but this tends to happen on ledges, and sometimes I can see the point fall off the edge.

  14. I also have had this problem. Here is footage of me bouncing Plasmor shots off both sides of the glass wall, and me throwing a Staticor can through the wall in order to show that other projectiles don't have this problem.

  15. In my Kuva Survival mission today, I had the following happen: I was using a Vaykor Hek and a Staticor. Whenever I had the Vaykor Hek out, and I picked up a Kuva Catalyst, the Catalyst would be invisible in my  hand. In this screenshot, I am holding the Kuva Catalyst:

    4C2011AF508E824BF7CFD31EA7F298D4BE608DAD

It's hard to see, but the off-hand Staticor is on my belt. This sorta made the mission hard to do, as I was never sure whether I was holding a filter or not.
This bug did not occur when I already had the Staticor out; if I picked up the Catalyst like this, it would appear in my hand as normal. I didn't think during the mission to try picking up the Catalyst with my melee in hand, nor have I tried this with other combinations of equipment yet.
