Maybe because you can already choose if you want to use vacuum or not with those frames. Titania's Vacuum was forced (no option to turn it off) which is why there was complaints.

Titania prime really needs the ability to toggle her animated wings on and off. They're annoying when aiming at targets, they constantly move in front of your eyes, distracting and obscuring the view.
Would just like a way to toggle off the flapping.

It turns out that the new Titania does not have a passive ability! You just added a special effect to the main abilities. And enhanced Bullet Jump it really was a good passive ability!
She still has the Bullet Jump enhancement..... just with the added bonus of getting health regen on ability casts

Please let us use the Cicada Prime Archwing skin on Titania Prime. Basically make it like an alt-helmet but for her wings.
Side note: Let us Hide her Exalted weapons when holstered.

Correction: This is what they SHOULD have done, what they did was made it innate. Not giving players the option to use it or not because why have options in a game with a modding system.

I don't use the Shraksun but Volt's shield blocks the blast of the Propa so I don't see why it would not work for the Shraksun.
If you are not shooting through a Volt's Shield why even bring up "more experienced hunters"
Granted, there is no need for this change anyways unless amps get a dmg boost to begin with.
Also Chroma seems to have fallen out of the "high end eidolon" meta way before the self-damage removal. Would rather see a change to Vex Armor requiring you take damage instead of a Band-Aid mod to a frame that was only really used as a side-grade Rhino.

I never really doubled stacked but for nullifier. As long as r3 arcanes are equal to what they are now I see no problem with this. My problem comes from them nerfing some arcanes.

Problem is it is not random, but relies on the enemy type you cast it on. Which is being changed to be selectable anyways in the next Mainline Update.

They were referring to the Visual effect not the actual shrinking. Probably the effect that they showed off on stream.

ACTUALLY, they said you could read the other changes in the next mainline update. So more than likely some bug fixes and very small QoL changes. Who knows if she will get another rework before her prime. Maybe they are not referring to this as a rework because they have more plans.

Only reason it does not "work" with Titania is because they neglected to update her to the current Archwing controls. Still works as intended Sprint=Forwards (got to love whoever thought that was a good idea)

Short answer is yes.
Long answer:
Velocity - Works. Your Razorflies can proc this arcane for you.
Awakening - Works, but can not be proced in Razorwing.
Precision - Works. If you are wanting more damage I would pick this over Arcane Awakening as it is more consistent and easier to proc.
Pistoleer - Works. With high fire-rate builds this Arcane is a blessing. (My favorite pistol arcane to use on her. Feels really rewarding to use as to allows you to pump out the damage without having to wait on the recharge as much.)
Another arcane I would also consider is:
Avenger - If you do mod for Crit, this will allow you to get over 50% Crit Chance. It is really easy to proc this arcane with Titania as well.

Added team wide part.
30% is way too low, Roar works on more than just your weapon, as well as faction damage double dipping on Damage over time, this just further pushes eclipse down. Right direction but numbers are too low.
Not to mention Roar is a team wide buff without an augment and even when you do use the eclipse argument your team has to stay within range to even get the buff instead of it being persistent until the duration ends or something resets your buffs.
If having Damage Reduction and Damage boosting at the flip of a switch is a concern make the Helminth version function like Rest & Rage where emissive determines which part you get.
