[Blocked Doors Everywhere!]

it's my second time I encountered this bug, and all of them started recently (1 or 2 days), latest one was on Jupiter-Carpo-extermination-infested mission, blocking the way, another was on extermination mission also but I can't remember the details...

 

also don't know whether related but I have found a console ready to be hacked although lotus did not specified that the area was on lockdown (which was not, all doors were open) after hacking terminal, nothing happened... just saying meybe it's related...
