I just played my first raid.
It was hell trying to even start one as it was a buggy mess but it was fun when i finally went to RSB (Raid School Bus) and got a team.
They are really unstable. It was fun while it lasted.

If you're a noob and can wait then get a bus, it's not like people doing raids in raid-recruitment are there to teach you..
