[Unable to pick-up/interact with anything]

So, in public missions, i seem to be unable to pick-up items and interact with anything really (consoles, lockers, mobile defense things, even fallen weapons). The items just stay and "float inside" the warframe.

But whilst in operator form everything seems to be normal and can do all of the stuff mentioned above.

So i just completed the alert which gives 10 Meso S9 relics and when i got back to the orbiter dialogue stated showing up on my screen.. so i just assumed it was the man in the wall at first and didnt pay attention to it but it kept on going and was saying something about a person named Nora and something  about The Wolf.... anyone know what this is referring to? The person that was narating the dialogue had a female voice that sounded like the Vox Solaris girl but i cant say for sure.

So i just finished the new quest (Chimera) and i entered the infested room to see if it would say anything new and i think it did

I think it has to be an official warframe stream (not partners). I rewatched (no live stream) the latest stream (PS4, with Danielle, or so) and got the statue after some small delay.

Yesterday i watched a stream from DKdiemnates for 2 hours and i didnt get the teshin statue.... and today i watched another 2 hours to get the drop but i didnt get it.. all i got was the forma and that glyph thing. What am i supposed to do?

I just popped in the game and heard 'the man in the wall' in my orbiter as always but he said something diffrent this time.... he said (as always) hey kiddo..and then he said if it felt good killing Isaiah and my operator responded yes... creepy. Sorry i dont have any images.. 

He didnt show up immediately after the quest he showed up the next day
