[Traded Items gone from Inventory]

So, last night I traded my friend a Saryn Prime Neuroptics and he gave me Volt Prime Systems, a few minutes passed the I went back to my ship and then Shut off my system(This may be an important factor) then went to bed. The next day I went to get the other prices from the trade chat. I already had 2 Volt chassis’s prior to getting the systems, so I only needed the Volt Prime Blueprint and the Neuroptics. I spent an hour and got both, then went to get build Volt Prime. I check to make sure I could build all the prices but All I could see were they Chassis and Neuroptics. I then checked my equipment and discovered that the Volt Prime Systems were not in my inventory. I then checked to see if I still had the Saryn Neuroptics (to see if the trade went through) and there were gone. I asked my friend and he showed my screen shots of his inventory showso by that he had the Saryn Neuroptics(meaning he didn’t lose it) and he didn’t have the Volt Systems. I’m writing this because I also saw that other people have said that they had prices missing from time to time so I’m not a lot with this issue and I’d rather not spend 30 platinum to buy something I already bought because of a glitch.
