Frost was released via Twitch Prime for an extended period of time. He was probably left by himself for that particular reason.

I run Derelict more times than I want to admit, so I have plenty of extra mods laying about.
I'll list below what I have and in what quantities, so if you have a friend or you yourself need a Orokin Derelict mod that just doesn't seem to drop, hi I can help.[WARFRAME]

Fleeting Expertise : Three [0/5]
Blind Rage : Two [0/10]
Transient Fortitude : Two [0/10]
I currently don't have any extra Narrow Minded to go around, but I farm Derelict a bunch, so I'll update when I get them.
